@Jamie Foxx
I've been waiting for a thorough analysis like that. What Edge seems to be doing is: usually give low scores to PS3 exclusives, then once in a while they give a decent one (like 90 to UC2). Then there is a smart a$$ commenting on N4G that Edge being biased is a product of conspiracy buffs imagination.
Maybe he's trying to convince shareholders thinking they don't visit the bastion of truth that is N4G.
I'm about half way through the game and it's AMAZING so far. OK, it's my opinion, but how about most of the reviewers giving it 9s and 10s? 4 out of 10 is ridiculous. I can only see pre-teens not having at least some comprehension for this kind of game. Assuming that the author is an adult, I seriously wonder about his motives for scoring it so low.
Just to help the author answer his question: I came back. So add 1 to what you have so far.
Exactly. Especially when competition is doing beta testing for you.
It could be overrated, but I still loved the first one. Not paying 69.99 (here in Canada). I just bought 2 PS3 exclusives Heavy Rain and Yakuza 3 for 59.99 a piece, and multiplat FF XIII for the same price. I don't see why Bioshock 2 would be more expensive.
Can't you just backup your PS3 to external drive -> reformat -> restore from backup?
Haven't had to do it, but that's my scenario for recovering game saves if my drive goes bad. I think that should take care of both PS3 and PS2 saves.
Can you guys arrange for adding an option to put web sites on ignore list?
:)
There goes my plan to bring my PS3 and a TV to a public place. Damn!
It says Holland in the title. You don't have to click on every article, especially the ones that don't matter to you.
I only played Yakuza 3 demo, but I agree with you despite the universal acclaim for GTA IV. Don't want to trash GTA IV, it had a great story, atmosphere but I just couldn't play it past 12-13 hours.
FutureShop in Canada is showing out of stock.
It's like a bully kid stealing a toy from the other kid, not because he wants to play with it, but because he can't stand the other kid having fun with the toy. Once he has it, the bully kid loses interest, since the toy is not a gun.
Actually, it's more like daddy stole the toy :)
It's apparently catchy: three comments so far...
Looks awesome!
I just add 30% to PS3 review scores and 30% to PS3 sales on VGChartz and I get the accurate numbers.
I want Resistance 3 with those alien vehicles from R1, whatamacallit, walkers?
Yeah, some people conveniently forget that Home is also a part of PSN.
After failed advantage arguments about graphics, disc format, hardware sales, software attach rate, software sales, teritory, 1st place among Hidef consoles, multiplat quality etc., game length is the latest ammunition 360 fanboys are using to "prove" that the 360 is better than the PS3. I wonder what they'll come up with after they're proven wrong again.
