You have to finger bang :)
It's hard for me to believe such claims too, especially the ones about enabling PS2 backward compatibility. Why would Sony include PS2 chip in first models, if few hackers with limited resources "can" do it by hacking the system with PS3 chip.
What's the big deal? I have emulators for PS3 and 360 on my Linux box. Don't believe me? I can post screenshots of folders named "PS3 emulator" and "360 emulator".
Sony was so stupid to build in Emotion chip for full BC while CELL chip could do it all along?
Anyway maybe those suckers buying into it should pay for the lesson.
So, Sony made their 60GB backward compatible PS3s more expensive by including the original PS2 chip, then they developed a software emulator, which also costs money, all this just to justify selling more PS2s, and now a few hacker enthusiasts wrote Backup Manager claiming it can play ALL PS2 games!!! Hahahahaha.... Who came up with this crap?
I stopped playing Warhawk after 500+ hours. I realized I didn't play other games I was buying. It's like crack!
You're right, it looks more like buttonhole stitching to me.
Graphics are overrated. That's why I play my PS3 on 13 inch black and white.

In case you haven't played it, you should try Resistance Retribution on PSP. It feels like a real sequel to FoM.
Yep, PS3 Media Server even runs on those SheevaPlugs (1.2 GHz CPU) that can be plugged in the wall socket. I got me one of those but I am yet to do it myself.
Even if 3d dies tomorrow, why would anyone discard the TV that can also display HD 2D?

Or lube the controller (unfortunately only on PC):

The answer really is as simple as that. All other comments aren't necessary.
Sony spent about 500 million on cell development, while MS paid about a billion to IBM for design based on cell architecture. Sony spent 0 on extended warranty for which MS spent another billion. If MS didn't write off those costs for RROD replacement to fiscal 2007 or 2008, I doubt their gaming business would be profitable now.
Bill Clinton, Tiger Woods and MS had to admit their fault after proven guilty of wrong doing. OJ Simpson didn't admit anything and he was forgiven, so there must be another reason why Americans still buy 360.
I agree. I miss those days when most of Examiner articles were from that Asian dude and Matty Furtado...
That's like having a broken clock. It's accurate twice a day. VGChartz is accurate when they update data with official NPD numbers. But I agree, since no one else makes estimates, they might be the best source available.
To guys disagreeing with my post above:
I'm pretty sure I won't do it, but please let me know when The Lazy One "stream more movies over the internet than exist on blu-ray".
"I can actually stream more movies over the internet than exist on blu-ray."
Yeah, me too, but guess what? Neither you nor I will.
Can't believe no one mentioned beauties from MGS4. My favourite is Laughing Octopus.
