I've been to a Japanese hostess club (in Toronto though) and all the hostesses there did was looking classy with makeup and jewelery and having pleasant conversation with customers. Even if they only did it for their night pay, there was no way to detect it. Now, that's a customer service.

The article: "If Minis are supposed to be like iPhone games...", well I don't think they are. Unlike iPhone games Minis are not supposed to run on a phone and some of them run on a PS3. Then why compare them? Because of small size? Did Sony say they were supposed to be like iPhone games?

On the other hand there are people, including myself that use one account for both PS3 and PSP, so it's probably hard to figure out how many PS3s are on PSN. I don't see why that number would be different from the total sold (PSP only accounts, replacements, more than one in household ?).
