Hell yeah!!!Halo 2+dedicated servers would be sweet. Halo 2 on Xbox suffered because of P2P servers. Glad I have an X1+Live, cant beat those deddies.
Label it restructuring if you will, its obvious something bad is going on at sony. Looks like they would have been doing something before now though, as they have been losing billions for years. How many years does it take before heads roll?
They should just drop Project Morpheus, as VR has been nothing more than a gimmick for 2 decades. Sink that money into new IPs. They obviously cant afford another billion dollar mistake. It would be a shame to see a gimmick sink sony.
Why would sony be hiring within days of laying people off? That doesn't make sense, no wonder its just a rumor. Unless they are hiring people on the cheap, which means they are probably less talented.

I agree. I wouldn't want them to change Halo 2s MP. Halo 2 arguably had the best MP of the series.
Im done with the last gen. If I had to choose between a new IP or a port from last gen, I want the new IP no question. To each their own though.
Sony needs to be putting their energy into new IPs for the ps4 not ports of ps3 games.
I failed to find any new information about The Division in this article. Still cant wait til this launches. The Division is easily one of my most anticipated next gen titles.
I wouldn't recommend the ps4 as its line up is the weakest. Also it doesnt offer as much functionality as the X1. With the X1, I can control my entire entertainment center as simply as speaking. Add in support for tablets and cellphones and the X1 is one helluva all in one device. Then you have video chat, better Twitch support, and a more robust Game DVR that works the way it should. Then there is Live. Dedicated servers are the best environment for online games, something PSN will strug...
I don't think Epic is being very honest. I highly doubt they would have sat on a money maker like Gears for 10 years. Either way we don't have to worry about that any longer.

Nope. Parity clause has to do with features and release date, nothing more. MS isn't any more evil than sony, you are naïve if you think otherwise. It really blows my mind how many people misunderstand what a parity clause is. You are wrong, as well as the majority of sony posters in this story.

Atleast Live actually has a reputation system. You have the option to mute offenders, he doesn't mention that. Or he could try getting into a party with his alledged friends.
Before anyone brings up a parity clause. A parity clause has to do with both games having the same features, it has nothing to do with graphics. This is a common mistake people makes about the parity clause that MS has with publishers.
Sony posting billion dollar losses every year for the past 6 years probably has something to do with it. Their credit rating has been downgraded to "junk" status. Something has to give somewhere if they still want to remain competitive.

The only command that doesn't work well for me is "Xbox On". This may be due to the transition of the X1 being in sleep mode and powering on. Every other command works really well.
No, this article is in response to all the doom and gloom articles that have been posted about the X1. This article is the most level headed thing I have read in a long time about the X1. You obviously don't know that the 3 demos sony showed with Morpheus were all on rails. And what about sonys Yoshida admitting that having VR in a game like Drive Club would cause motion sickness? That alone should tell you something about the limitations of the tech.
