Minecraft Vita sales went up this week, lol. The physical version is going to outsell Bloodborne before the end of this year. Watch it.

Capcom single handily killed Vita in Japan with this move. Why Sony bothers wasting money to keep them on life support befuddles me.
Frontier is also on PS3, Wii U, Vita and PC. It's not a mainline entry, though. It's developed by a different team and treated as a separate product.
Monster Hunter 3DS sales in Japan are lower than they were on PSP despite no real piracy problem on that platform. If they liked money, instead of wasting 2012 on a Wii U port, they would've made Monster Hunter Portable 3rd G on PSP. If they liked money, instead of releasing 0 Monster Hunter games in 2015, they would've ported MH4G to Vita, PS3 and PS4.
@_-EDMIX-_ Vita needed Monster Hunter 50,000 more than 3DS did.
This is an expanded port of a PS3 game. Read these reviews for a good idea: http://www.metacritic.com/g...
Based on the first game, Amano will draw three images and never be seen attached to the game again. In-game graphics will be the same Neptunia garbage Compile Heart puts out. It'll look nothing like Amano's work.
Based on the first game, Uematsu will compose 2 pieces of forgettable music.
Based on everything Idea Factory has been doing, this won't be PS4 exclusive. It'll be rated for PC when it's announced for the west, Idea Factory Intern...
As an aside, the article claims the interview was with Dengeki. The Famitsu link you attached would be unrelated.
This Dissdia won't be released on Vita, and I doubt any other will.
"At the time, we were thinking [the next Dissidia] would be a sequel to a PSP game, so it should go on the PS Vita. It was at that time that Taito, a subsidiary of our corporate group [Square Enix], reached out to us and suggested doing a Final Fantasy arcade game. So we figured, well, let’s hear them out—and that was how things got started."
Ugh, thanks Sony, Square Enix, Taito and Team Ninja. I really didn't want a new Dissidia on Vita. /sarcasm
Mega_Volnutt: Creamsugar on NeoGAF is leaking NPD data.
@jholden3249 Last time we saw Bayonetta 2 in Japan, it was at like 60k. That's a little more than 200k between Japan and the US. Am I supposed to believe that Europe and the rest of the world did 300k when the game's biggest markets did worse? VGChartz is nonsense. Always has been. Always will be.
Almost like that's the start of the Japanese fiscal year or something ...
Read it in context:
"Dark Souls II on PS4 Weakly Tops the Chart"
He's saying Dark Souls II topped the charts despite a weak sales figure.
Abriael should definitely proofread his posts, though. PS4 was outsold by 3DS and Vita. What did it dominate? A dead horse in XB1 and two platforms on the cusp of being discontinued? That's like being the tallest little person, and a result that isn't going to change.
Was it "really necessary" for the Vita version to be PSN-only in North America when it got a retail release in Asia and Europe?
Why is there an image of PS4 tied to this? No where in that article is that platform mentioned, and in fact, all of the games mentioned in that article sold better on other machines.
Honestly, Bandia Namco's US/EU branches is making me mad. They've basically dumped Vita despite their games doing well. Claims Tales of Hearts R sold well. Doesn't localize Innocence R. Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment becomes a shocking success. Ports Lost Song to PS3 and won't ...
Gonna be some funny looks at SCE when Minecraft Vita's physical release eventually outsells Bloodborne. Western game they gave 0 push to on a platform they desperately want to kill vs. the only thing that's supposed to keep PS4 above 10k until September.
Lost Dimension and Dungeon Travelers 2 aren't from Atlus Japan. Those games were published by Furyu and Aquaplus in Japan. They wouldn't be involved with Atlus at all if the US branch didn't pick them up for localization. As I said earlier, Atlus US has been okay to Vita. It's the Japanese side that pretends it doesn't exist.
Here's what Persona producer Hashino had to say about DAN: "We wanted to give them another Persona game they could enjoy on...
Tokyo Xanadu and Xanadu Next are different games.
