i agree. you can't account for taste and blind loyalty.
and since the X will be a 'new product' initial sales will definitely be higher than normal.
therefore it would be a surprise if the x didn't do better than the pro during the holidays
i think more reasons are better than less reasons
though for me many of these so called 16 reasons are not reasons at all
for example BC. Don't get me wrong BC is a good feature, but you don't buy a current console to play last gen games. it is a reason to get the last gen, not this gen!

ps4 is still averaging about a million a month. if the PS5 lands in 2020 ps4 sales should be comfortablely hitting 100m units.
the xbo should be around 40-50m which is very good everything considered.

both games are quite successful and well received.
uncharted LL might be the last uncharted from naughty dog, which is a big bonus. let's just appreciate a great game from a great series by a grear developer, and hope that there will be many more to come
i am kinda disappointed with the lack of imagination sometimes.
since no exclusive dlc for xb period, this would therefore mean exclusive dlc will only happen on ps platform.
in this case allow crossplay with exclusive weapons and power ups only on ps for ALL games... imagine what would happen :D
so in 2016/17 while Nintendo n switch were busy making sure there's plenty of development going on for new and good games coming out for switch n ps4... ms was there making sure developers make minor improvements to old games...

maybe so, but that is the reason why the ps4 and switch actually complements each other. you could substitute ps4 with xbo, sure. but in cases where you could only choose 2 consoles, assuming you're not a fanboy and you want access to the best and most varied library of games then the ps4 switch combo is the way to go.

i am playing witcher3 on the pro right now... i have actually not noticed ANY difference at all. but then again i am not playing on a 4k tv
on one hand it maybe so, yeah hardware problem...
because everyone knows ms is doing oh so well when it cones to software for the xbo (eye roll)
