But for some reason people are ok to get an account for FB, email, youtube etc but PSN hell no.
There are some good Japanese anime, but i too feel that most has gone a bit stale.
On the other hand, Chinese Anime has improved a lot, to my absolute astonishment. Although many of them rely on similar premise (particularly isekai), but there are quite a lot with excellent production values. I’ve even watched some with terrible terrible animations but excellent storytelling.
Witcher4 could be released years and years from now (hopefully not) , there is a good chance it will come out after PS6 and xbox next (whatever the hell they decide to call it) releases. Though i think it should do fine on series X and ps5… series S may need some development magic and effort
I care very much. Onimusha was one of my fav series on the PS2.

Also capcom has almost run out of REs to remake (I don’t think they need to remake 5&6, probably they could do 0, revelations, code Veronica and the original RE).
Capcom has finally revived Onimusha, dino crisis kinda naturally follows. Unless capcom decides to somehow revive final fight, 1943, ghost and goblins lol

Actual the budget for wukong is over RMB300m, even if we take the figure to be 400m, that would make it just under $55m. The $70m is based on a bloomberg report which is the highest estimate. Most likely development cost is closer to $50-60m range.

I’m not bothered by the product placements. In fact it makes it more relatable for me, since I actually see some of these brands around me.
Also if developers find a way to make some extra revenue without compromising gameplay or story, why not?
Happy for Team Asobi, feels like the Japanese team have been quietly slogging away for ages making super fun enjoyable often free games and experiences for playstation gamers, while the other sony studios get all the limelight.
