If the switch 2 can run flight simulator, then it’s a fairly powerful portable console.
I think the years and years of offering only a trickle of high quality exclusives seriously hurt the xbox.
On top of that, getting a whopping during the PS4 xbox one generation has repercussions that transcend into the current generation.
I don’t know but i expect switch 2 to sell like crazy. If the PS5 finally gets a price cut, maybe it was change things a bit.

While Xbox is doing much better.
And PS5 exclusives does appear to be a bit slow. But for 2024, PS5 got some of the top games GOTY contenders as console exclusives.
FF rebirth, Astrobot, Wukong, stellar blade, Helldivers…
Xbox only got Indy.
For 2025, we already know of some pretty solid looking console exclusives. Death stranding 2, Ghost of Yotei, Where Winds Meet, Ballard of Antara.
So to say full circle is a serious stretch...
Sony sometimes don’t even need to pay though.
A few days ago Game Science refuted MS claims that wukong was timed exclusive for PS.
So basically MS gifted “timed” exclusivity for the best selling game of 2025 to PS
Certainly looks fresh and exciting again.
