The reason(s) I think it will do well, not because of the Preorders but, because of how well the Sly collection has done. It won't see the same fate as Twisted Metal because twisted metal came out of nowhere and didn't have something prior to remind of us of how fun it was.

@Nes_ Daze, Sometimes it not always best for a console to sell extreme well at the beginning because I think it would die off sooner. Wii has done well for itself and I think the Wii U has the potential of doing well in the long run as well, because of the start it has right now.

Sadly, The vita version is not ported form the 3DS. Both the 3DS and the Vita games are ported from the DS version. So they both get the short end of the stick. At least that is what I heard about Lego Batman 2.
I never played Indigo Prophecy, but took the chance on Heavy Rain and love every minute of it. So, one of my most anticipated games of the year is Beyond: Two Souls.

I know Heavy Rain wasn't release in 2012, but that brought a lot of emotions to me. I heard some things about Spec Ops: The Line story, but haven't played it much. Might give it another go.
I just look up what games they have made and they have never made a game on the PS3 or 360.
I think the Wii U is more powerful than the PS3 and 360, but how powerful is yet to be seen.
They recently dropped the price to 39.99, so I think Sony realized that too.
I personally can't wait for the new characters. I love 1V1 offline and 2V2 online. I mostly play from my Vita, and have no issues with it.
If Nintendo is doing Marketing for a Capcom game, then that means money was exchanged but not directly from on to the other. Nintendo is still coming out of pocket to have the game on their platform exclusively.
If they sent some of their employees to help capcom make a game on the 3DS, more is being exchanged for time spent at another studio. Again Nintendo is paying to have their employees work on a non first party game.

After reading I was really expecting one of 5 things to be; It should be announced. Other than that I think its a good list minus the Rear touch controls. I hate games that use it, I see myself hitting the rear touch pad when I don't really mean to and sometimes its during the wrong time. If they do add rear touch pad controls, I hope they make it optional and be able to be turned off.
If going by Vgchartz, The game is over 500k if you combine both the PS3 and Vita versions. More if you consider the Downloads.
I think SuperBot and Sony Santa Monica did a great Job on PlayStation All-Stars. They should do the sequel and since they already have the ground work done, it should only get better.
What, no mention of 3DS or Nintendo fans? 3DS has done really well for only 3 weeks in the new year. While they are rumored its nice to have some numbers to discuss until the big 3 announce official numbers.
