my achievement to game ratio is extremely bad. something like 21000 from 150 games. granted there are arcade games in there too but mostly full 1000 point games. yes i get bored easily. i have never even got the full 1000 on any games. i did get the full 200 on BF1943 but that is it.

why oh why is there more interest in an ancient arcade skate game than there was for EA skate. EA skate has IMO the best control system ever released for a game and what TH should have evolved into if it wasn't published by activision. instead they released 8 games with very little improvement the whole time... meanwhile EA released a mind blowing alternative and no one seemed to care.

@Captain Qwark - BC1 had limited destruction in the sense you could not take a building down, but most buildings' walls were destructible. 1943 is where the complete leveling destruction came in. BFBC2 added falling debris. This is why CoD will never match BF... the evolution of the franchise.
BFBC1 is still my all time favorite online shooter but i am playing on 360. if i was PC, 64player BF3 would most definitely trump it for me.
halo got old for me but i have great memories of the early ones. i am watching the progress of this one in the hope they freshen the franchise up. IMO it suffers the same issues as CoD, it hasn't really evolved enough to keep me interested. i understand why, it is sort of a damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario with a game that has such a huge passionate fanbase.
it sucks that people don't play the objective but can you really blame them. look at what you can do in the game... don't get me wrong, i get frustrated with them as well but realistically they are still satisfying one objective of the game... having crazy fun
i prefer not having a grind button and actually having to land on the rail, i.e. ea skate. grinding was the one thing that ruined TH. grinding powerlines???

bad games are money wasted. why would i be happy about that? why would i play a crap game when there are better games to be played? why would i even click on this stupid article?
the disagrees come from using a non standard peripheral only. it is an added expense to play the game if you don't have a k+m, which i don't. plus the inconvenience of using them for some people in the lounge room. if i want to use a keyboard and mouse i will game on PC.
the sales would basically be rubbish (and returns high) which is where the problem lies.
