So basically I can play 4K 60fps Ultra on my $1100 PC I built almost 3 years ago...but with more game options and future flexibility. Yup, sounds about right.
The good news is...I care just as much about multiplayer in No Man's Sky when they first announced the game and said it was single player only.
Still waiting for the day Activision gets smart and releases Single player campaign with Zombies as its own game and multiplayer with map dlc as its own. It's a win/win for everyone....accept entitled gamers who think everything should be free.

These Nintendo articles are amusing. The fact the Switch is following the same path as the Wii U, but this time it's different. The only edge the Switch had that it launched with Zelda, the game previously shown to sell the Wii U that never came until the end.
Make good games people want to play = Sell consoles.

The answer to your question...because it is getting released on consoles. Console gamers will always buy a $60 game that costs $10 (or free) on PC. It is why the gaming industry focuses on the console market because they buy without thinking.
