Personally I can only respect reviews from gamers who play different genres and different platforms. If a person only plays on a PlayStation their review will be skewed, just like a person who mostly plays first-person shooters, obviously they are going to find a turn-based strategy to be confusing or boring.
It goes both ways...it's an exclusive so it must be perfect 10/10.
Zelda: Breath of the Wild....very far from perfect. God of War...far from perfect. Horizon Zero Dawn...far from perfect.
They are exclusives, so what do you expect people giving 3rd party titles that can be played anywhere good scores? Pah fanboys need justification for their purchase.

So if the PS5 gets released in 2020 that means good games to play will be available by 2024...YaY.

Just checked Metacritic, looks like Celeste should be top runner for GOTY because it has a 94 (tied with God of War) for best game so far of 2018. Metacritic does work....

Knowing what Rockstar does on EVERY big release, expect a horse riding with a beautiful background, some cut scene conversation, a quick mishmash of shooting missions then a glimpse of an action packed train scene then it ends.
New trailer peaked my interest, especially for tomorrow. After about 4 secs I realized I didn't get excited at all. Most of the time I jump for new gameplay of any new game, but nope don't really care. I guess Rockstar has been doing surveys based off of forums, twitch and youtube because seems like I'm not the only one who doesn't really care anymore. Hopefully it sells well early on so I can get it for a major discount after a month or so then chuck it on the backlog.

Unfortunately logic doesn't work with most people, they feel they are entitled to luxury items just because they want.
1v1v1 looks like a cluster of luck. Will get boring very quickly.
People that play consoles don't believe the PC exist, very much like global warming. The PC is a made up myth that only the wealthiest in the world who pay 10 billion dollars can afford one. Also consoles are not computers at all, they are 100% alien technology that could not remain stable outside a small form factor.

Untrue...the rest of the world has other sports like that silly ding dong game where they hit a ball with a flat board and run back and forth like turds or that one where they have to catch little gerbil like creatures in the air and lick their heads for some reason. What about that sport where real live grown men ride horses and stick other horses in the butt with a stick. Of course you have that one sport where they run barefoot through glass, ducking from bullets while they make fun of Ame...
Only way this console won't become a joke in the future is if it has at least 3 AAA exclusive games at launch.
If it's a streaming machine that plays mobile quality games for more than $20...DOA.

The entitlement issues are real and getting worse by the day. Want to get them back? Go to their job and complain. When you place your order call them "Burger Boy" and tell them to hurry with your food. When they complain to their co-workers that people are a**holes then maybe a few of them will realize "Oh that is how I act, I get it now".
