The FLOPS as you seem to want to make that important... ALONE for a GPU in 2010 is ALMOST 5 times that of the ENTIRE PS3 INCLUDING THE CELL CPU and the RSX which is nothing more then a 7800GTX.

With the cost of games in the multiple millions, unless you have resources and funds to offset losses, one poor selling game that eats up your budget for the year means bankruptcy. So many developers went bankrupt this generation because of this.
This is a business. When games cost upwards and more of the 10+ million mark, these developers MUST release those games on as many formats as possible to ensure a decent ROI or in some cases just to break even.
Take a look at how many software houses this generation alone went chapter 11 because they released their games on one or two systems only and could not recoup their costs let alone make a profit?
Business is business folks and this is also why many developers have went...

Actually N4G is known to house fanboys like a cancer. It's gotten this reputation over the years and whether or not it's become better, this site will always be known as the stomping grounds for fanboys.

Rumors folks...Rumors. Looking at some of these comments, many are actually stating this to be fact. Why not actually WAIT to actually see if this is true and not some half cocked story like most of these next Gen console rumors shall we?
