this is where I agree with you as far as GTA 5 is concerned.
Watch dogs for me so far has been, ok. It's not as dynamic as people are calling it to be, the hacking while good, are repetitive, and at some points bland. Granted there are a lot of missions, but nothing memorable at this point, and the interactions with in the world are lackluster. The hacking while there, lacks dynamic showmanship, and the hacking mini puzzles could have been more appealing.
I think some of the concerns are valid. Watch Dogs is not a bad game, by any means, but it's not as great as many want to claim. This game, while good. Lacks memorable missions, and the idea of hacking in the world is a great concept, but tends to get very bland very fast. It does have a repetitive nature to it, as far as hacking is concerned it's the same story with hacking, being chased doesn't feel exciting even when you change a street light and cause a crash or lift a brid...
To be totally honest, there is a graphical difference, but not by much, and as you can see it plays the same, with the same missions, story, and mechanics.
Ostrich, I think you will be fine with the PS3 version. I would give you my honest opinion of the game, but I've digressed.
I just downloaded this for x1, and it's a great game, great concept, art style, and all the etceteras. So a vita version would be perfect for those on the go moments
I agree, MS didn't capitalize on the kinect, which proves they weren't ready to release the x1 back in nov. Now, the tech is is a nice added piece for navigation, and secondary inputs. For those who choose to buy the system with out kinect will lose out on what makes it unique, hopefully ms takes this time to use the kinect.
I would have waited a little while longer when Project spark and D4 came out before I would have offered this, we are 6 months into the life cycle, of both systems, and we shouldn't have expected nothing spectacular out of kinect the first six months.
MS can still develop for it, with it's in house studios, I would have rather ms introduced a newer model like the white 1TB kinect for 499, and taking the 500GB system and aligning it with the price of the ps4, while chang...
They are all correct, I just preordered it through amazon and got the beta code in my email
Yes it was, and it was either arrogance, or they just wanted to appeal to a small market of arcade lovers, which at the time still existed, but weren't as popular due to the decline of arcade machines. There were still some gems like Ninja Turtles, Final Fight, Fighting Street, and a few WWF arcade games that kept it alive. SNK even missed out on Mortal Kombat
Neo Geo, for it's time was the only way to get the arcade experience in the home. If SNk didn't "alien" itself with it's large price for the system and games. I think SNK would have been the system to define gaming.
Another issue I had with SNK NeoGeo, they didn't have the support of the big franchises. The Mega Mans , Castlevainias, Final Fights, or Street Fighters (Yes they had SNKVS Streetfighter)
The game is a lot of fun, it's just a step back from the original Kinect sports. Soccer is one of the bigger let downs on this one instead of improvements the A.I are placed on obvious rails that never change in direction. Some stand there with there hands cross and don't even try to block the path of a kick. Also, there is no option to use your head to hit the ball, and finally the goalie is limited in motion no side to side movement.
The original soccer for Kinect s...
A lot of the journalism concerning the xbox1 and ps4 is rapped around a race, when in fact it's a marathon. can't speak on behalf of the ps4, but I can speak on the xbox one and there really is no system seller as of yet. Titan Fall is a great game, but it doesn't have that same allure I got when I played Gears of War. With that being said, that doesn't mean it won't (have system seller games).
I just think games like Grand Theft Auto 5 showed us there was more i...
you deserve a got damn bubble!!!! You hit the nail on the head, this game is not a straight forward game, and thats what sets it apart from others. This game is not about single player dominance and the bots are there to keep pace and keep order, I think the pilot count should be low because more equals chaos. Sometimes it's chaos with bots, mechs, and pilots running around.
Mark my words, the day this has a single campaign is the day this game loses it's appeal and beco...
Exactly, I like it the way it is, just give it a better story, being an online game gave it a different feel, and depending on who you play with changes the difficulty. I think they should add some meaningful objectives, and truly make it a team based game objective takes team members present to complete. Although some maps force you to be team based, like hard points. This game doesn't need a single player mode, it just needs a deeper story we have enough fps with single player modes. ...
ah ah WU WU WU! Can't wait to try it
I would like to see xbox arcade back along side indie games
Man, it was the best Grand Theft Auto to date. I can't wait to get it for the x1 myself. It showed that the 360 still had a lot of gas in the tank
I haven't played the game, but I can tell you as a writer myself, His review will come off as bias just from the opening lines. The writer does clean it up by saying positive things about the game, and I disagree with this being a flame bait fishing for hits article. The writer gives credit, and simply states his opinion, and that's the problem.
The author does''t understand the rules of a review it should hold no personal opinions it should only hold facts abou...
Actually, Kinect doesn't hold games back it's Developers and those afraid of change that hold games and gaming back. So far Capcom's Dead Rising 3 has been the best example of how a game can use Kinect and add immersion with voice and motion control. Others have implemented it well, but not to the magnitude of Dead Rising, right now.
It is up to the Developers to come up with ideas to push kinect forward. There are games that are showing some neat ideas, and I can...
The game stayed true to it's roots it was, frustratingly difficult, cruse festive, and dangerously bad for emotionally challenged people. A true patients tester, at one point I thought about mailing myself to the head programer's house so I could put my foot in his ass! What? I was young back then
I have to disagree with you some what. Watch Dogs is a decent game, but lacks compared to GTA 5 as far as mission depth, character developement, and over all presentation. The lighting is good, and the a.i is decent. The hacking is one demintional, once you hack a camera, light, or bridge you've hacked them all. The hacking mini game is the same.
The game feels like the orignal Assassin's creed. Has potential, but suffers from repetative natures. I also disagree with it...
