the last one I've played was black flag.... all the way through, and that was a good game. Although the controls were dated, it still held my attention and put some faith back into the series for me...Until I played Unity, The graphics are pretty, but the cumbersome revamped controls, the eye brow raising glitches, and over bearing side missions killed me.
I'm all for open world games, but in this sense, it does nothing to add to the story and some missions (side missions)...
I was alternating play between This, Halo, and GTAV and Far cry is a great game. The attention to detail and things to do in it's world are by far the best I've played on a next gen system. The Villain has a sadistic style, and humor that will have you chuckle. The controls can be cumbersome, but other than that it's a great buy.
The evolution of the FPS can't go without mentioning, Wolfeinstine and Doom. These games as specially Doom energized the FPS on consoles. Halo CE brought a more intelligent aspect to FPS. enemies that react to force, friendly A.I that actually helped, and a story line that was interesting.
We are not just going by review scores. We are going by timing, marketing, and deals. like I said before no one is arguing number of exclusivesortit for tats . We are talking about this holiday season. Who's hitting harder? Sony or MS? Who's games are being promoted and whos are getting pushed back? This is what you aren't talking about
Mochachino thats the problem they are coming they aren't here for this holiday season. As far as exclusives The same can be said for the one in 2015, and as far as the media statement, They are speaking in the sense of This holiday season. We all know Sony has more exclusives, but outside of little big planet what other exclusive does Sony have to push this holiday, Driver Club? when you look at it on the side of the one there is Forza horizon, Halo MCC, Sunset Over Drive, Killer Inst. ...
Unarmed is that your only logical defense, the old xbot title? So with everything MS is doing, the obvious better gaming line up for xmas, bundles, released the system in more countries, and better updates, and a much better online play system. it can't appeal to 3 million more and at a cheaper price range? So, those who were waiting to get a Xboxone can now get it cheaper, with an awesome game line up, to include halo MCC? And all you can come up with is only Xbots believe this?
I mean, is it really that hard to believe? Look at what Xbox is doing great library of games, price cut, bundles, Halo, Multi territories it's released in, great review of games. better online. To top it all off there were a lot of people waiting for a reason to get one, and if this isn't the time then when? Some people aren't satisfied with the ps4.
my friend just traded his ps4 in and switched to an xboxone because he had more of a connection to the xboxone a...
The beach level in Halo where you jump off the pelicon and storm the beach was my fav.
I agree, the controls took a little while to get used to, so I practiced around the city before I went into anything major. The weapons are funny as all hell, I haven't tried the eight co-op yet, save my live tag giovonnikahdafi I'll be on this weekend
I picked mine up this morning, and its been a real treat. The characters, weapons, and traversing are what makes this game great. What I like is the fact that the game is built around traversing, and if you don't you will die... alot!!!! I also like the respawning scenes too, lol.
It's a good review. I think the writer is nitpicking, and I took from the review, was wanting the game to be more serious, and a lot more hand holding. From looking at the game's demo, commercial, and character direction I already knew this game was going to be every bit of obnoxious, and also be fast paced. It just reads as if the reviewer is looking for the smallest things to look for to not be satisfied with the game. For example, "You have a game that tries so hard to please ...
Yeah I stopped playing it once Alien isolation came in, and it really won't be getting any love when Sun Set over drive graces it's face in my mail box
It's a fantastic game that has you on the edge of your seat. I'm afraid to advance in an empty room because there is no telling when the Alien will appear. You can't out run the alien, or kill it. Simply trying will result in a different death Sequance. Oh, by the way! Get used to dying a lot. Just embrace the fact that you will die, and most of the time you won't expect it.
Case in point, I was sneaking up on an enemy as soon as I walked toward him to knock h...
what needs to happen is xbox needs to focus on bringing in the best games not found on the competitions's system, and gamers will come. This is a marathon not a sprint, and the window to do it is within the 2015 2016 window and don't worry about the whole first place category. It's sad to even suggest that a system has to be in first place to have a serious impact. Of course, we all want to come in first place that's evident, but it has to be understood that games... no matter...
Actaully HBO go is already available for xboxlive, but hey don't be too upset, really none of these systems have lived up to the hype of this new generation. I have an xboxone and nothing has been ground breaking or amazing outside of not needing a remote and using my voice to do things. D4 and Forza Horizon has been good, but nothing to justify my purchase
Its already in 2k14 I cursed and got a tech!!!!!!! Its a dope feature the issue I have is responsiveness
I own it and the game is great, this game is not a 2.5 that would mean the game is broken and it's not. The game is responsive no lag and creative. I want to see what this site gave Destiny
Destiny suffers from repetitive natures, non existent story, boring background visuals, a lackluster level and upgrade system. I stopped playing after my 3rd go around on the moon. Even without all the hype the game wouldn't be good just decent, not a sleeper hit. What really does it is how much they spent on creating this game.
Yup, never fails. Can't give praise to a Microsoft game without having to throw a quick ps4 jab. I'm telling you that train is never late.
Yeah, man. I beat this game and I agree its more than a 7.5 one of the best Alien games in the series
