You are making no sense……it isn’t ok to want the main character of a game to be interesting? oooooooh mysterious…..we won’t show his face until we do a sun par live action show about him.

And I’m an Xbox guy saying this

Look I love halo. But it hasn’t been good since reach. Just let it die please. Halo infinite was fine, but it’s just never gonna be way it was for the first 3 games. The gun play just seems archaic with the inability to aim down sites. They can’t do anything with the story that is remotely interesting. I’m just gonna say it, masterchief isn’t an interesting character. His relationship with Cortana was compelling but even that has just ran its course. All the people that made the game great ar...

The hype was destroyed by the frame rate issue. What should be hyped is the last case of Benedict Fox. It’s absolutely incredible. Benedict fox and hi-fi rush are in my running for game of the year so far and there is still Jedi survivor, Diablo 4, street fighter 6, star field, and spider man 2. Insane year for gaming.

I couldn’t care less who wins the “console war.” That’s for fanboys and trolls to argue about, I just don’t like the walking, breathing hypocrisy that is Jim Ryan. All three main console companies have issues. Xbox with getting first party games to the finish line, PlayStation with its formula of every game being good but also the same over and over I.e. over the shoulder cinematic crying simulators, and Nintendo with its out of touch practices, lack of online functionality, and refusal to ma...

I love that while Jim Ryan rages against free market capitalism he quietly just keeps acquiring studios.

For the love of god I don’t care if it’s blocked or approved I just want to stop hearing about it!

Dramlight valley and speedstorm could have been so great sans all the microtransaction stuff

Also I know this is an anti Xbox site, but this dispels the rumor that companies don’t like that Microsoft pushes digital more than physical. It’s a dumb thing it care about anyway. Digital = higher profit margin because you don’t have to pay to have physical copies produced. That being said I prefer physical still.

You do know different parts of the works were awake when you missed out right?

1004d ago 0 agree7 disagreeView comment

At least you can get it digitally. I have friends that are Xbox only that won’t be playing them at all. I would prefer to play it on Xbox myself but for some reason square refuses to put its game on that system. We know now that isn’t because Microsoft prefers to not support physical game market. Sony should just by square already.

I’ll say this, I have a series x, and Ps5 and a switch so I’m not loyal to any one system, but the fact that Nintendo doesn’t have:

1. Better online functionality
2. Achievement/Trophy system (say what you will but there devs that create games specifically for easy trophy/achievements and people buy them)
3. Better graphics (most of the core Nintendo franchises are cartoony and aren’t about photo realism, but imagine if they could compete with Sony and Mic...

The person who wrote this article probably just doesn’t like EA. It’s the best golf game they’ve ever made. It was bad for years, but this iteration is actually very good. I prefer the old links games, but this game is as good if not better than 2k23.

Cool…….that being said had Sony tried to purchase ABK, not one person from that camp would have a problem with it. They would say “stop being butthurt Microsoft, if you don’t like it compete.” That’s why Sonys unsuccessful attempt to block the purchase is so ridiculous. Jim Ryan has made a complete fool of himself and probably has insured that some games that would have been multiplat won’t be now.

@blackhoode

I think everyone is aware that this constitutes a form of social media, but to compare it to Twitter, instagram, Facebook/meta, or TikTok is inane.

I’m not saying this in a bragging way, but i deleted all social media accounts I had in 2012, and I have avoided so much unnecessary negativity. It really brings out the worst in some people. I also think it has dumbed some people down so much that they can’t handle human interaction in real life.

Don’t know how you got downvoted for facts. Oh wait PlayStation fans, my bad.

I wish Quidditch was in hogworts legacy. It’s been eluded to that it could come in the future but what a missed opportunity as great as the game is even without it.

I’m not saying this would be cared about by most gamers today but as someone who is 45 and actually played all the classic Atari titles I would love reimagining some of those games. Combat for example could be a very fun online game or even local multiplayer with a modern coat of paint on it graphically. I’m sure Atari is just purchasing things in order to put out more collections, but if they thought outside the box I could see them having success reimagining things.
