I would replace have a nice death with planet of Lana, however, I am happy ff 16 didn’t make the list. It’s one of the most overrated games I’ve ever played. There’s never been a ff game with more mundane side quest, and if I wanted to play devil may cry I’d just go do that.

I hear you. I just like the career mode, I don’t really do online play. Someone always cheats and shots like 20 under on 18 holes. It’s never legit.

I loved the ascent. Played it on game pass. I was one is the first twin stick shooters I’ve enjoyed.

My issue is the same people that are outraged would be saying what the people in favor of the buyout are saying if Sony was the one buying it. This whole thing comes down to fan boyism. No one rational can say a company is bad for expanding. The whole “if you can’t beat them, buy them” argument is just inane. I have a ps5 and a series x. I just love games l. If the deal goes through I get more games on game pass that I don’t have to pay full price for. Yay for me.
The idea that it’s wrong for someone to make strategic moves that make sense for that company and its ecosystem is just laughable. The fact that Sony is concerned but Nintendo isn’t is laughable. All this is just a microcosm of the idea that I’d someone doesn’t like something let’s put a stop to it. Let’s give participation trophies and just live off the government.
I thought the game was terrible, but the fact that you loved it so much is great. The last thing I want out of gaming is for the masses to always be right. I don’t like naughty dog games and loved days gone. I have to be the minority on that one. That’s what’s great about games.

Yes I’d be glad to. If you have access to it go okay “the bloody baron” side quest. There are tons of side quests in that game that are just amazing stories. I haven’t ran across one side quest in ff 16 that wasn’t just mundane filler. It’s still a great game for other reasons, but not the side quests for sure.
What I’m saying is that myself and plenty of people I know that love Zelda as much as I do never talk about the story. They talk about characters and how the beat a boss from a dungeon and cool things they discovered in the world. I’m not saying the Zelda games have a bad story I’m saying I don’t think that’s what has made the games so popular. Majored mask was a good story I agree. But when I hear anyone talk about it they talk about the day night cycle and the masks more than the story.
I can see that. Not saying it’s bad, just not in my fav ff games.
