Great choice, you can snag up the Deluxe version, that way your options are open.
You can also just do the unthinkable and wait until you get the PS5 to play the game.
Not sure why people expect to get two games for the price of one. There have been plenty of times where I bought a PS3 game that later came to PS4. I have a choice to buy it again or just play the PS3 version, I certainly don't throw a tantrum that I have to buy the game again.
Just going in blind with low expectations, hope we see some cool stuff, it's all I can ask for.
It's really not that difficult.
You have a PS5, you buy the PS5 version.
You have a PS4, you buy the PS4 version.
If this is difficult for you then I'm afraid to see how you handle real life problems.
Still remember throwing random discs in my Playstation to see what it would summon.
From the reports I heard, it sounds like the game has trouble running 30 FPS on any version.
Perhaps you should be demanding more from the developer as opposed to whatever you're trying to do here.
The fact that Nintwndo releases multiple versions of the same game is already an issue. There is no good reason for multiple versions of Pokémon games other than to get people to buy both.
Your claim that Sony is predatory and anti-consumer because "Exactly - Sony are cashing in on the fact that people cannot buy a next gen console easily and won’t want to wait for HFW. Predatory and anti-consumer."
1. If you can't buy the PS5 then don...
I'm talking about the $10 difference between the PS5 version and the Deluxe version.
I would say this whole thing says more about the greed of gamers as opposed to Sony's bad practices. If they gave an update path from PS4 to PS5 for $10 people would have complained like they did with Tsushima.
Not going to lie, a bit sad to see you defending Nintendo's predatory shenanigans that they've been doing for over 2 decades now.
PS4 = $60
PS5 = $70.
PS5+PS4 = $80
"You either have to shell out $80 to buy the “Deluxe Edition”, which bundles the PS4 and PS5 editions together or buy the PS5 version at full price despite already owning the game on PS4."
So, you pay $10 extra for a few digital goodies and the PS4 version of the game. Even if they made an upgrade path, people would still complain.
I guess I just don't understand the outrage because of how I play games. To me this is a non-issue.
I think I found the winner of the most cringe comment on the article.
I know right, I don't play any game that is older than 2 weeks, that's my cut off time. Anything older is dead to me. Only fanboys and losers play games older than a week old.
Is this version of Overcooked 1 and 2 put together with all the DLC?

Navi sums it up pretty well there.
You're right, the exhaust temperature doesn't tell a story on it's own.
If you want to argue that a few extra blades can compensate for the worse cooling system, then by all means go with that narrative. I think if this was the case, Sony would also be out there promoting the system's improved cooling.
To me, new material and fewer heat pipes running the same processor means that it's running warmer and that's why the exhaust is ...
Most of us knew this all along. The new one is warmer but there is no significant performance or heat issues.
Few degrees one way or another aren't going to break or make the machine.
That's not how that works...
The heat produced in a console or a computer does not go directly out. It builds up and the fans eventually push it out. That's all a fan does, it cools the console by blowing out the air contained in the casing.
For your method to work as you think it does, you would need an air tight seal around the heatsink or something similar.
Well... that's unfortunate.
Then go play the game with the ideal upgrade path on the other equivalent platform.
Vote with your wallet.
Don't give them a single cent of your hard earned money if you don't think they earned it.
However, just because you're not willing to spend money on something it doesn't mean that it's not worth that to someone else. Games have been selling better on PS5 at $70 than on a larger install base of PS4 at $60. There is a reason for t...
