First, you can't tell people what they personally prefer. While you consider games like MGS and FF to have great stories. I completely disagree. Imo MGS has one of the lamest most convaluted stories in video game history. FF is simply far too emo for my tastes. And gameplay, you consider MGS to have great gameplay. I have never played an MMO, but when Age of Conan comes to 360 in 2008 I'm trying it out. This has been one of my most anticipated titles for about a year now.

If consoles next gen end up being some gimmick monstrocity (similar to the ps3), I'll stop buying game consoles. Releasing two types of consoles would be the smart thing to do imo.
The ps3 has already lost. It is too far behind to catch the 360. Going by current numbers, if the ps3 started to outsell the 360 by 100,000 a month worldwide, it would be almost 6 years before the ps3 even managed to catch the 360. The ps3 isn't going to sell 4 mil units in 3 1/2 monthes. The Wii has barely been selling that well. The ps3 would have to sell 1.3 mil units a month, or around 273,000 a week for 15 weeks straight. I totally agree. I just bought Crackdown about 3 weeks ago, and I loved it. I would think MS would bring out Crackdown 2. Hopefully anyway.
