PS3 continues to be the cheapest blu-ray player and worst game console on the market. When IPTV hits in the next few monthes and cable companies are using the 360 as their set top box, I think sony will find out that more people have cable than hdtv's and over priced physical media players.

I agree with your post, however I believe MS needs to make a tougher stance towards these 3rd party sony loyalists, like Konami and Square-Enix. I think MS needs to let them know that until they bring their heavy hitting titles to 360, they are certainly not bringing their average and shovelware titles to 360, or any game for that matter.

IPTV will make blu-ray look like caveman technology. IPTV will be like an HD-DVR with a.i. (similar to Tivo), add VOD and PPV, and there is no longer a reason to get off the couch, drive to a store and drop $35 on a single blu-ray disc.
