Up until I read that article, I didn't realize the 360 had that many great games coming this year. There are atlease 15 games on that list that I want.

The 360 version will be just. If you want to play this on PC, then to each his own. But I'll take laying on my bed playing games on my 51' widescreen on my $400 console, over sitting in a chair staring at a 19' screen looking for drivers and patches trying to make the game actually work on my $1000 PC.

I doubt that you will see another ps3 price cut until late '08 or '09. They have had a fire sale, a price cut and a hardware downgrade all in the ps3's first year. I doubt they are any position to drop the price again. Unless of course they lied about the cost of the ps3's hardware to begin with. With sonys record of being habitual liars, I wouldn't put it past them.

The reason you've been hearing so much from sony about '08, is because there 2007 line-up was so weak. With my personal gaming taste, I'm not overly impressed with their '08 line up. They have one possible system seller, and not a single decent RPG announced for '08. But to each his own.

With 2007 being such a successful year, the 360 will continue to be in the drivers seat in 2008. Developers and Publishers are taking note of these numbers, and that will likely be apparent at GDC & E3. I don't care what Shane is surrounded by, he has a professional responsibility to be unbiased in his reviews. After a year of hearing him bash MS and the 360 while using the 1up yours podcast to advertise for sony, I can't help but think he's a lying fanboy.
