I'm sure it'll just be a slightly polished up version of what was leaked, but I'm dieing to see it in HD without so much crappy compression. And I think they said that they've added some cool stuff last minute, so who knows what they've improved.

While I'm not using my PS3 browser all the time, when I do use it for finding walkthroughs, going to a clan website, watching videos online, it's been great. Sony is really using some of their features smartly... Press triangle on one of your games or demos, and you can find info through google in about 5 seconds. There for sure are starting to be more and more advantages PSN is offering that just aren't possible right now with Live.
We don't even know what this game will look like yet. And remember when the DMC4 dev said what they were doing could only be done on the PS3? I can agree however that I think Sony and not MS are the only ones that will probably put in place the proper servers to prevent this game from becoming Gears of Lag. Yeah, I'm SO mad that PSN in 3 years doesn't have every feature of a 8 year service in Live. I'm SO mad that PSN can't do things more than twice as fast. It's really annoying that they add other cool features like a browser, more than a stagnant 2D flat world to interact in with friends, and do it for free. Sony is really pissing me off! LOL
Expect the big guns to be in 3.0 guys. My guess is we'll see a few more updates before 3.0 though. It's a pretty good update regardless.
The problem is when you can buy 2 PCs for the price of one Mac. Is the hardware great on a Mac? Yes. Is OSX good? Yes. Is everyhing worth THAT much more? No IMO. I bought a Quad core HP with 3gb ram for $500 and runs amazingly well. The problem is you either pay for a low spec'd iMac for double the price, or you pay a huge amount for a MacPro. I was a PC guy, bought a MacBook Pro about 2 years ago, and what a WASTE of money. Those who say Macs don't crash are full of BS. The 360 is in a better position than it was ever with the first Xbox, but I think people will be hard pressed convincing us that the PS3 isn't picking up some serious steam with pretty amazing visuals with a pretty deep set of games coming. In other words, the PS3 is finally doing what some people hoped around launch. And I'm not sure MS has shown much yet that can rival the tech behind KZ2, Gow3, Uncharted 2 and beyond. Alan Wake could potentially do it, but Lost Planet 2 isn't quite there. ...
Only thing I'm concerned about now is the repetitive enemies. It seems like besides the robot, we've just seen maybe 2-3 kinds of red cloaked enemies. But this is a must buy. The city is looking amazing and interesting, the amount of cool moves you can chain together looks great, and I love the way he moves and flies. Looks great.
Nothing is free. MS takes more of a cut with indie games like Braid, takes $50 a year from users, and STILL has advertising. So what if PSN charges a bit for bandwidth...
This could be totally awesome. Actually have a map though with territories you can take over and defend (more of an online campaign), and that would be totally awesome. :)
Oh, and some vehicle / ship customization would be amazing. Allow say 10 points to spend on things like speed, better handling, better weapons, stealth. That would be pretty sweet.
A sweet thing about PSN and Home that people can't deny is that Sony with putting HDs in every PS3 have a HUGE amount of space to add features and stuff to Home. MS with having a 256mb Arcade unit really are tied down by storage space if they would ever even want to add something as big as Home. Heck. Even the new photo album app that Sony has added would take up half of that space offered on an Arcade. Props to Sony for making sure they had a load of headroom. MS from here on in will have to...

Pffft. MS are showing more and more that with a lack of exclusives coming in 2009, they need to focus on the competition more with their comments and less on what they have to offer besides a lower price point.
Pffft. The 360 last year at this time was selling maybe 2500 a week, so that's like saying I have quadrupled my lifting weight from 2.5 lbs to 10lbs. LOL
As for the PS3, what no one wants to mention is that the PS3 the last 5 weeks have more than doubled what they did last year at this time. The PS3 had a very shaky January this year in Japan that brings the numbers down for the whole year, but the last 5 weeks, they've doubled from last year at this time.

No hating at all on the DLC. But it does look like MS needed to pay 50 million for it to break even with the PS3 numbers. What isn't being said though is that I'm sure a lot of 360 owners will buy it again now with the DLC. But my guess is many will buy it used, so it won't show up as more sales.
Just please keep it small then like Gears 2 and 10 players max. If they could add in a capture the flag with actual climbing where you can shoot the guys off, that would be really cool. I hope they make it different from the standard fare we're used to. This could be really cool. Again, keep it low number of players and make the visuals look as good as SP.
