I'm sure it's more because they broke the embargo. Idiots.
Can't wait for Heavy Rain. Solid month of releases - but what will be better, Feb or March?
Probably PS360 then.
Honestly though, it's tough thinking up what they would make exclusive, they end up porting EVERYTHING. Even their PS3/360 games get ported to PS2 and PSP.
As for other IPs, though, they have Winback, Gitaroo Man, Kessen, and Crimson Sea.
I wonder if Tecmo's IPs are included with this? That obviously opens the door wide a bit too.
First thing I thought of. Over the last few months, with Tales and then Final Fantasy, the PS3 has proved it's a VERY viable platform for RPGs.
Gust is awesome. More PS3 RPGs, exclusive or not, I don't care!
Sounds like it. Watch it be Legend of Dragoon 2 though, lol
I think motion control, if done right, can still be a huge leap in gaming. The problem is that we just haven't seen it done right.
I hope they stay a bit more grounded than Modern Warfare 2. MW2 got soooo Tom Clancy conspiracy/over the top-ish. Or maybe Medal of Honor will more that type of game?
How does this have so much heat with 0 comments, and considering no one gives a hoot about Three Kingdoms games?
I know Rebellion made 2 craptacular games, but AVP still looks sick. The animation is so amazing. I literally got chills in the new killmoves trailer at 36 seconds, when the marine looks right at you. The fear it shows on his face and eyes is like unreal.
It's always crazy to hear how in-game ads are becoming more complex. With DVR and streaming TV online becoming more and more popular, you gotta think advertisers will be looking more towards incorporating ads into other media, like video games.
24 fans would love that :P
Trophies for doing nothing? Will take :P
I played the whole game wishing there was 4 player co-op! Co-op puzzles woulda been a really cool addition.
Hope we see it in Darksiders 2.
I hope Platinum Games got some PS3 dev kits for Christmas. I still loved Bayonetta, it just rubbed me the wrong way knowing it was so graphically stilted in comparison to the 360 version.
This is great news, especially after the catastrophe that was Bayonetta.
Really? A blemish? I mean, I'm not gonna argue that it's an Uncharted 2 level game, but I think it's still a good game, it's just missing a layer of polish. If Zipper just amped up the feel of it(sound of the weapons, animation for reloading/aiming, etc), this would be a day 1 purchase for me.
Wow, up over a million from last year. Wonder if it was enough to put it in front of the Xbox though?
The big thing is gonna be if the PS3 can get the boost this year. The first 3 years, the PS1 only sold 13 million, while the PS3 did over 20 million. Then, PS1 started doing 20 million unit years after Final Fantasy VII hit.
Will any of the upcoming PS3 games give the console a Final Fantasy VII push? I think possibly that Agent could do just that.
