I'll be honest here. I could care less about why. I want to know when. When will it be fixed?
Hell, Destiny had a release window of spring 2014 and now its late summer / early fall 2014. I'm guessing Watch Dogs needed more time as well for testing. As much as the consumer hates having to wait. The consumer hates wasting money on broken products more.
If something needs more testing then do it. Rushing something out the door will always cost more later...
I'm looking forward to Vita TV. The cool ability to play some of the PS4 games remotely is pretty cool. I owned a Vita but couldn't get use to the small but amazing OLED display.
Plus when I would play in bed I would drop it on my face at lest once. I traded it for a Google Nexus 7 but I have a few digital Vita games. Most of them free as I'm a PS+ member.
I'm going to buy a Vita TV.
I've always loved buying from newegg.com because of their awesome deals and decent customer service. But forcing other products on customers reminds me of Microsoft forcing Kinect on XB1 customers.
I'm not saying that all bundles by a retailer are bad. They should have half the stock as just PS4 systems.
I'm very disappointed with BF4 on the PS4. I've played the campaign on the hardest level and I felt like it was set on normal.
For everyone that hasn't had the hit detection issues, you're the lucky ones. I've had friends go back to BF3 because of all the craziness.
I see another six months of issues and I base this on how long its taking them to fix it or not fix it.

The PS4 is most likely a laptop hard drive just like the PS3. So my guess is yes but we wont know 100% until the PS4 releases.

A 500GB drive is nothing these days. I plan on upgrading my PS4 to a 1TB drive and use the 500GB it comes with as an external backup drive.
Hell I'm running out of space on my PS3 and I just upgraded that to a 320GB drive from a 40GB. PS+ killed that drive real fast.
Nintendo needs to regroup and figure out the needs and wants of the home gaming console again. Or they will end up just being a handle gaming company.
I would almost think that SONY is saving a really major title to get the gaming community talking big about the PS4 right before launch.
Killzone, and Destiny are the two that are on my I've got to have list. There are others but those two make me drooling.
Just wish Batman: Arkham Origins and GTAV would have also released on the PS4, oh well.

You only see one side of this. Sony sees the stats of how many players are playing on average. No reason to waste server power for a handle full of people. Yes that handle full could be a few thousand but still.

I was honestly excited for the Wii U but after its release I lost my excitement. Some day I will get one but that day is not any time soon.
I admit that I've found a number of video game female characters to be super sexy. Wow, I feel like a huge weight as been lifted. I can die in peace now.
The majority of customers don't care if its a fact or excuse base. They paid for a product thinking it was in full working order or they would have never purchased.
I can't wait to see what happens Christmas day. All the extra people hitting the servers. Its going to be release week all over again.
