These people "promote" that they got it early by using YouTube and other websites. This is when they have a "possibility" of getting banned or fined. If a retailer is found to be in violation it could ruin them. Fines are not something to laugh at.

I don't think they ruin games. I think that give games more replay value.
Most of the time when I'm done with my first play through, I'm done. However, If I find that I've nearly unlocked all achievements. I'll give the game a second run just to see if I can unlock them all.
Like no one saw this coming. The known ROI on this franchise allows Microsoft to spend as much as they want. I look forward to reuniting with the Chief on November 6th.
