"It's really only selfish complainers who....complain about the whole resolution thing. "
There is NOTHING wrong with wanting developers to fully utilise something you have paid a large amount of money for. Nothing at all.
"Just enjoy the fact that the game is there to be played, as long as it's well made."
So, basically, you're saying we should just bend over and accept what we're given with a smile on our...
Lmao. The X1 being dumbed down for the PS4? Now I've heard it all.
The sad part is that you actually believe what you just typed.
If the X1 can run a game at 1080p, then the PS4 can more than afford to run that same game at 1080p. Your conspiracy theory makes no sense. The X1 version of WD wasn't held back, it was just too weak to run it at the same specs as the PS4 and PC versions. It's as simple as that.
What the hell are you even talking about?
And they have the nerve to say they want to provide us with "the best possible experience". HELLO? Dedicated servers would be the best possible experience, and you haven't given us those, so you clearly AREN'T interested in giving us "the best possible experience".
I'd have been less insulted if they didn't bother replying at all.
Ugh...I hate these kind of replies that big companies give their customers/fans. You know, those 'answers your question without really answering your question' type replies. I know, why don't stop talking to us like we were born yesterday and try being a little more transparent with the people who are buying your products? Your severs are crap, we want to know if you are going to improve them. Answer the damn question.
Jesus. They're worse than politicians! ...
"The Xbox One's deficit in pixel-count is, to start, far less apparent in campaign as a result of this deluge of effects - unlike the state of affairs in multiplayer. However, on its default brightness setting (matched at 3.3 notches with the PS4 and PC), we notice a native black crush affecting visibility in dark areas."
Heh, and everyone was didagreeing with me when I mentioned this, saying that black crush was just something NeoGAF "made up".
Literally.
". Don't matter too much man, still the GotY and receiving great scores everywhere"
If it doesn't matter too much, then why are you in literally every single review article that doesn't give the game a 9 and above, trolling and damage controlling? It clearly DOES matter to you. A LOT.
I agree that those points are pretty damn stupid (who the hell reviews a shooter iof they are sick and tired of them?)...but a 4/5 is in no way a "low" score. What the hell is wrong with you?
Ummm, what? Have I woken up on a different planet or something? Since when is an 8 a "shockingly bad" score? That's a great score! Your damage controlling doesn't even make sense here because it's not as if he's given it a 5 or a 6.
Edit: Oh man, I just took a look at your comment history. You troll and downplay every reviewer that doesn't give the game a 9 or over. Are you being paid to do this?
Delsin would be classed as 'indie', not 'emo'.
Step Brothers. :D
POW!
Nah, I disagree with games needing to stay to strict guidelines. Games need to stay fresh, introducing a new perspective does just that. And the best thing about it? It's completely optional.
I think it will be a HUGE boost to immersion. All those little world details that Rockstar are so good at will be so much noticeable when viewed in FP. Instead of you looking at a character in the world, it will be like you're experiencing the world yourself.
I've played the game for days on end in third-person on PS3; first-person will give the game a fresh perspective for me. I'll most likely play it exclusively in FP now.
Oh, and one other thin...
Are you the Terminator?
One pretty cool detail that the article doesn't mention is that you can now press down on the d-pad to duck under your steering wheel/glove compartment while driving/riding shotgun to avoid incoming fire.
All they've said is that they are coming "shortly after launch".
Amen to that. That is what I want to hear. Devs utilising their tools 100%, and not gimping their games to please people who knew full well what they were buying when they made the decision of which console to get.
The only people who support console parity are the people with the weakest console. NO ONE wants their games to be purposely gimped, and they have a right to get the most from their purchase.
Great attitude from this dev. I hope the majority of dev...
Haha, yeah, I was 14 years old when San Andreas released.
Man, time flies.
AMEN to that!
And this article makes no sense. The title gives us the impression that there will be no graphical parity with this game...but the article itself says otherwise (in regard to resolution, at least).
Not to mention the fact that it's hard to understand the author.
1/10. Would not read again.
