I'd wait for the multiplayer analysis before making a conclusion, seeing as that's the main portion/selling point of the game, and where the vast majority of people spend their time. And if the last part of the analysis is anything to go by, then the nod might just end up being towards the PS4 version:
"However, we briefly dipped into the multiplayer mode on both systems in order to gain some first impressions on resolution and frame-rate. We'll need to test ...
GTA V is best played with friends. So get it on the console that your friends are getting in for.
How is NMS a twitch game? Are you confusing it with CoD?
And everyone knows that controlling vehicles with a keyboard sucks. It just feels too stiff and unnatural.

Lmao...
This would be the perfect game to showcase Project Morpheus. Holy hell that would be amazing.
There's wanting a return on your investment, and there's this:

Ubisoft are easily one of the greediest developers in this industry. They pump out their production-line garbage games, cut chunks of content out to sell later or alongside the main game, and then the games are still boring, been-there-done-that,...
I'm just glad that awful framerate drop/stutter isn't present on the PS4 version, like it was for Ghosts.
You know....I think I may actually give this CoD a shot (pun intended). It looks fun.
Cherry-picking certain times of the video to show the PS4 up in a negative light? I can play this game too:
1:24 - 31fps on PS4, 25fps on X1
2:21 - 30fps on PS4, 23 fps on X1
2:28 - 30fps on PS4, 20fps on X1
2:40 - 30fps on PS4, 23fps on X1
3:24 - 30fps on PS4, 24fps on X1
That DF analysis already established that Thief performed better on the X1 during cut-scenes, and better on the PS4 duri...
@donthate
"The entire multiplayer with all the maps across all games are all on 1080p @ 60fps. Only the campaign was affected,"
You're right, but Tedakin said that the game is 1080p 60fps as a response to people making fun out of the game for dropping frames based on the video in the article, which is a campaign framerate analysis, not MP.
I would have liked Halo 3 to get the remastered treatment as well.
"both versions, at 1080p 60fps"
The remastered version of Halo 2 is running at 1328x1080. But I get what you're saying, it's still running two engines at once at mostly 60fps. So the dips in performance are understandable.
@KNWS
WOW, you really need to stay away from MisterXmedia. That is some next-level conspiracy BS right there. The video in the article clearly shows that Halo 1 can't hold a stable 60fps. By telling us that we shouldn't trust this guy, are you implying that video has been tampered with to show dips that aren't actually there? If so, why wouldn't he do the same with the framerate analysis for TLoU:R, to make it appear smoother than it was, seeing as he's ob...
It looks and runs like dog crap...
Yes please!
Damn, N4G, you generous!
Sign me up for dem goodies.
"The best COD players in the world play the game on x box 1 and thats not going to change. Resolution doesn't change that dynamic."
What a strange thing to say....
Like, why would PS4 gamers care about that?
Are they supposed to think: "YES, we get the better looking game...but damn, I wish I was playing on the platform with all TEH PROZ!" after reading your comment?
Or is an Xbox gamer supposed to fin...
"I could go onto Last of Us and take a screenshot where it looked "ugly" but that doesn't mean the rest of the game is,"
But that's not the issue, the issue is that Ubisoft lied YET AGAIN about what their game was going to look like. They included the words "next-gen starts here" in their incredibly deceiving reveal trailer, and they bashed Shadow of Mordor for not looking as "next-gen" as their game...when in actual fact it was...
I found some more, much less compressed, screenshots:

They look much better than the ones in the article, but they still don't look like amazing or anything, imo. Upscaled 900p and poor AA = ass image quality. Just like Watch Dogs.
Oh, please, don't start with that conspiracy BS. This isn't something that NeoGAF have made up to try and show the X1 in a negative light, it's a legitimate issue with the X1 (just like the overly-harsh sharpening filter that everyone over at GAF brought to light...something that MS later fixed).
Black crush IS an issue on the X1, don't even try to downplay it. It's not something that can be easily fixed by calibrating your display correctly either (which ...
