You mean the hypocrisy of knowing something is wrong and yet doing it twice? LMFAO
I guess it evens it out and makes it right if you sling shit from both sides of the fence, huh?
No kitty! That's MY pot pie!
I bought a Camaro in red. Now, I want one in black, because it's more appropriate for weddings, funerals, business meetings, etc. Do I want to buy the same car twice? Hell no, I go back to the dealership, put a brick through the showroom window and take the black one off the floor.
Should I at least pay for the showroom window? Hell no! Not my fault they locked me out.
It's called justification, my friend.
@ hamster
The day it was announced it was $999.99 on Gamestop's & EB's sites. Saw it with my own two eyes. Didn't look later so you may also be right.
Sev, any new info on the Dragon Age 2 demo?
@ ct03
Explain the 8 P:ToM gave GT5 that is below the meta average.
Dude, you need to play more with your Wii and less with your wee wee.
Exactly how are the CoD fans the majority? With approximately 100 million 360s and PS3s combined sales, CoD would need to sell over 50 million copies on consoles alone to be in the majority, not even taking into account PC gamers. Fans of any game are in the minority.
Oh, ok it's for the investors. Can anyone explain to me how him being incorrect actually helps investors? My approach has always been to try to find as much accurate information as possible when considering changes to my portfolio.
Have I been doing it wrong all this time?
Agreed. That's just too bizarre. High tension tower in the background, utility pole, walking down the middle of a paved road with a broken white line...
They've really got to pull a rabbit out of a hat with this one to have any shot at a decent, coherent story.
@ Gav
That's pretty funny. Good reply. I was gonna type it out like your screen name, but that seemed like crossing the line. Hope you weren't insulted.
Thanks for the actual time estimate as well. The campaign seems terribly short judging by your experience. There's no way I could have gone through KZ2's campaign in a single session, but it seems possible in KZ3, again judging by your experience. Here's to hoping the quality more than ...
@ elpresador
Why would that possibly be relevant? In the US the Official Xbox Magazine, PlayStation: The Official Magazine, and Nintendo Power are all published by Future US.
If you can find a PS3 centric magazine that has never given a poor or mediocre score to an exclusive then you may be onto something for that one publication.
PlayStation: The Official Magazine gave GT5 an 8 which is below the Metacritic average, so they contributed to l...
So why don't you just man up and tell us how many clock hours you sat on your super massive ass playing the game and be completely transparent. Why only divulge what you think is relevant?
If it's only available on PS3 wouldn't that be understood? Congrats on fixing something that wasn't broken.
But you're in here fanboy, and you don't seem upset. Maybe certain fanboys will be celebrating.
Writer, contributor, defender. Why are these always the lowest quality articles?

@ cez
You're such a transparent hater. UC2 had no originality, but AW does? Where?
The story? The town overcome by evil, the author's work coming to life, the light harms your enemies angle. No, none of it was original nor above average in content or delivery.
Game mechanics? Use of flashlight, gun play no better than UC if even up to that standard, the illusion of limited ammo? Please.

I agree, and in regard to Alan Wake, the objectives made me feel like the game's errand boy most of the time. Go to this location, get this item, meet this person. For a game that was a thriller with a protagonist attempting to solve a mystery, there was never any question or mystery about what to do next. Certainly an odd design choice, for an otherwise enjoyable game.
I don't know what game you've been playing.

In the final battle in UC2 while running clockwise around the map, you come to a gap you need to jump that leads to a small set of stairs, and I jumped a tad early to avoid a grenade that Lazarevic had thrown that was about explode, didn't catch the other side and fell to my death. I also mis-timed a jump or two on the collapsing bridge and died.
It already has local co-op. That's the split-screen one where you lose half your screen.
This is about online co-op. That's the one where you have your own full screen and the person you're playing with has their own full screen, on their own TV, in their own house, and you're connected through the PSN.
