Despite both with different background, upbringing, they're not the same people let alone age. We learn from life experiences and that's where both Ellie and Abby meet at a crosswalk on revenge. At first, I thought the story should end at the farm house with Dina, but after the great memories Joel and Ellie had together, it makes sense that Ellie had to continue her quest for Abby in hope that it would relieve her suffering.
Playing again on NG+ hard and I'm liking the game even more. There's so much that I missed on my first play through. Some of the scenarios that I disliked the first time has completely changed my mind on 2nd run. I appreciate the design of the game more. That part where you're being attacked while upgrading your weapon? I planted 3 bomb traps and man it's so satisfying to hear and watch the traps go off followed by the aftermath results of missing limbs based on the direction ...
i like open worlds. They just need to get rid of those stupid fetch quests and include some incentives to continue to play the game once you have completed the game.
Because greed before creativity.
For some reason, I would like their next project to take place in the old west or 100 years in the future.
All three parties are at fault. EA for making it so simple to make purchases with no safeguard. Parents for leaving their credit card on file. The teen for making a stupid and negligent mistake.
They could have abandon it and focus on the PS4 launch but instead they finished with a TLOU bang.
Damn, I forgot it still exists.
What annoyed me was the constant repetitive unavoidable kidnapping. Even when I was high in the sky with a fully armed helicopter and destroyed all the enemies that came after me, but somehow I got shot with with a dart out of no where.
Hoping this will be better FC5.
From someone who has taken photos of both games, both graphics are nice. RDR2 has attention to detail of the old west environment.
TLOU2 or Naughty Dog games in general, not only do you see the attention to detail as well for post apocalypse but also an added touch of art. It's as if they hired Bob Ross in the development.
The day we see 60 fps on all console games is when the art dept reaches their limit on full filling the environment with plenty of power available for frame rate performance. Until then, 30 fps are here to stay since some devs want to emphasize on the visual arts portion of the development. Sony games, for example, Bloodborne, Uncharted, HZD, R & C, you'll notice how gorgeous the environment looks with the amount of attention to detail. Where as games like COD, GT etc, 60 fps is the g...
I would like a witty and action packed adventure of Jessie and Tommy.
They need to add more skins, like way more! Also, they should get rid of the time limit and just add two locations: one for refueling/arming, the other appears when the mission is complete so that players can choose to leave or stay and destroy or get as much credit as possible from the remaining enemies.
Glad I completed the game. I'd be pissed if I saw this image because it's kind of a spoiler to me.
Anyway, remember that scene from Aliens when Ripley unleashed the flamethrower on the alien eggs? Yeah, I did that to this thing and it felt grreattt!
From RDR2, COD 2019, to TLOU2, I've lost myself in the immersive world/environments of these games, but there were times I felt a break in immersion when I see fade/pop-ins from objects to shadows. Can't wait for next gen.
This just means I won't be buying games on release day unless the game receives 9s or above. Currently, most games get discounted from 30-50% off within months.
From the back view of her during the game, sometimes I feel like I'm controlling some buff dude. I used to visit the gym 3-4 times a week and I've seen muscular women but so far, never her kind of physique.
Is there some sort of cult or monetary gain that I'm missing here? I've met non-gamers who randomly mentioned to me about getting a console just to play GTAV. These are adults with families who don't own any game consoles nor play a single video game on their phones or PC.
I don't think we're supposed to hate anybody...except the fanboys/girls. The game pits the player in the views of each character experiencing their lost. That's it. Just like the movies Letters from Iwo Jima and Flag of Our Fathers; if only one movie is released, the viewer would think one group is evil, the other is good when both are at war with loved ones at home in fear of a lost.
