"On top of that, they know that the final stage of each project — the last three-to-six months — is crucial. In that period, each game goes through rigorous testing, polishing, tweaking, and balancing."
There are these companies/devs that keep releasing broken games in the last couple years that need this practice, I forgot their names...
There are people who don't want to fork out $500 for a new console. Im pretty sure the PS4 will cost $150 by this holiday and maybe $129.99 when PS5 releases which will catch the attention of new gamers or the super late adapters. It's business as usual at the end of every gen where the console is so cheap with tons of discounted titles to choose from.
By 2020, 8 tflops would cost $399 but since we're looking at 12-14tflops, $499 looks about right.
Hopefully, that 3D audio is going to make my distant soon to be 9.1 sound system the ultimate sound experience.
When you're bored and you ran out of ideas to write but you try very hard to be creative...
Damn, it's all over on Youtube lol
As always by EA, show cut scenes and wow the crowd. Come launch, massive downgrade. But this is Respawn so I have some...new hope.
Does this mean it will release in time for Iron Man VR???
If they release a PS5 patch for Bloodborne, I will tripple dip.
It won't return to it's roots because the original team left after MW2...
Damn. Been trying my best not to watch or know too much about this game until release but that is a good.
Um isn't Stadia a new hardware coming this year?
Make a DLC for them problem solved.
Don't care how long a game is. I'll find a way to finish it if it's good.
That's the only part I remember from the trailer in 4k at 60fps. I need to watch it again and try to remember what the game will be about.
EA Execs: How do we cut cost and make more money? Lets require all devs to use Frostbite engine. Doesn't matter, train them all. Problem solved.
Devs: we'll try but we're screwed.
It'll roll onto next gen just like from the vanilla to the Pro.
Whether I like the games or not, I'm still going to add them to my library. Here's hoping next gen I can run some of these games at butter smooth frame rates.
I was so close to selling my launch copy of NMS. Glad I didn't.
That to me means more people upgraded to the Pro, more collectors edition console sold, and multiple PS4 consoles per house.
