@ps360owner09 I just read up on that and it seems that Zenimax snagged up Tangoworks before they became a registered company. Tango was founded in March and Acquired 7 months later.
American companies can establish companies in Japan but they aren’t allowed to purchase them.
I guess we will see what happens in the next year or so.
Since Sony didn’t allow EA Access years ago I can’t see them merging. Take2 is probably too expensive. Square and Capcom makes the most sense.
Would MS as an American company be allowed to own a Japanese company? I heard there were some laws prohibiting that but I could be wrong.

Sony knows what they are doing in the gaming space. Jim Ryan explained that they are mostly intrigued by Bungie’s expertise and technology in spaces that PlayStation lacks. They will be better than fine after making this decision. This has been in the works for some time just like the next announcement they are soon to make.
Sony didn’t spend $3.6B to let Bungie call the shots. 😂
When Sony says jump Bungie will be asking how high.
However it would be wise to keep the games multi-plat because it equals more revenue. Same for MS with Call of Duty and Minecraft.
@Magog @ Onisama....The best thing that you can do to help is boycott the game. Do not support the culture by buying their product. If you are this concerned it is the best choice you two can make.
I typically don't get into these silly debates, however didn't Sony give UC4 away to PS5 members who have PS Plus?
Ok so now they want to charge $10 for an upgrade, plus give you the DLC free if you didn't already own it.

I’m sure he has made more than enough money to retire and live good. He works that hard because it is his life. The life he chose. Understand that it may not work for you, but to him it is fine.

They already did one last year so I doubt we will get another one.
