Pretty much this ^^^
At least you’ve been told what you’re getting into ahead of time to save you some
money.
Don’t get all defensive now it was your words not mine or anyone else’s. 😂
I was with you until you mentioned the “ridiculous new price hike”. That’s tells me a whole lot about your annual income. It’s just $10, and considering how much everything else has increased in price, it’s not ridiculous at all.
😂 😂 these poor cheap bastards are about to be upset.
If it were pretty normal there would have been any need for Todd Howard to mention it. Normal would be fixing performance issues and yet no one mentions that that is what they are doing before going gold.
Like I said they wanted to release this over a year ago and XBox said no. Dod he want to release it then knowing that it wasn’t fun?
Blind hype is toxic. You know when it’s the sort of hype that frowns upon any objectivity sort of like what you are doing...
You do know they wanted to release this more than a year ago right?
I’m not shitting on the game. I’m simply responding to what came from the horses mouth.
Hyping a game that no one has ever played is equally as toxic as shitting on it.
What an idiot.
He’ll get a slap on the wrist as long as he tells them where he got the stolen copies from. That’s the real problem because there are more copies out there. He didn’t act alone.
9 years making the game and 1 year making it fun to play.
Good luck with this one folks. 😂
That’s about 1.5M copies sold per year.
I mean it’s been in development for 10 years so yeah that makes sense.
Souls-like? 😔
$30 for one month and there are let’s say 100 games available in that month. So you basically paid $.30 to play that 5 hour long game.
Cut the nonsense.
117gB divided amongst 1,000+ unique planets.
Not all that impressed.
Go ahead and lay it on me. 😂
You know well what I meant.
Assuming you’re in your 40s don’t play young and naive.
I’m nor sure how accurate that is because they are two entirely different games. Alan Wake is far more niche and those looking to get it will get it regardless.
I doubt there will be situations where someone is in the store, brick or online, debating on which to pick between Spider Man and Alan Wake 2 with their last $70 😂.
Couple of things to consider here.
1) How are players defined? Is it one player per console or one player per profile account which can be multiple on a single console?
2) How many of the 3M players were playing a purchased copy vs a GamePass trial?
Knowing MS we will never get the answers.
Those are surprisingly low numbers considering it was available to many millions more, free to play. Not to mention it had some post launch hype.
SMDH!!
The only thing the show did better was expound upon irrelevant situations that weren’t in the game like Bill’s love life.
Considering how overpowering his character is this was not that impressive to me.
Well according to Hines the game just became fun to play within the last year after baking for nearly 10 years. So the idea of it taking hundreds of hours to get going isn’t too far-fetched.
