These reviews neither hurt or help the sales of this franchise because it is the sole definitive version of an NBA video game.
This is what happens when you practically have a monopoly. Maybe they will listen and make improvements and maybe they won’t.
End of the day it will move millions of copies regardless.
Everyone has their right to an opinion. For me Jedi Survivor is the best game that I’ve played this year so far and it has an 85. 🤷🏾♂️
The reviewer from the very start of the article lets you know that he was already in his feelings about not receiving a review copy. The review may be his true feelings but it’s hard to ignore that it could be biased/vindictive because of his opening statement.
Literally entirely different games. I game on the PS5 and I’d much rather play Starfield due to the type of game that it is. No disrespect to BG3 with it’s 96 meta score, but it’s just not my type
of game.

you right now that I enjoyed RE4 Remake more than Zelda but we know which will win in the end.

I personally wound up not really liking FF16. The cutscenes were way to frequent, the side quests were pointless, and the bosses took way too many hits to kill. However it will be up for GOTY. ...

Coincidentally I was contemplating whether or not to renew next month and this just made my decision easier. I’ve found it to be a waste of money simply because I haven’t been playing the monthly games or the library. All I’ve played in the last year was Stray, Sniper Elite 5 and Shredder.
Well according to Hines the game just became fun to play within the last year after baking for nearly 10 years. So the idea of it taking hundreds of hours to get going isn’t too far-fetched.
