I agree! Nintendo keeps getting stellar sales for first party games. It's really amazing how they can keep it up.
On the other hand, Ninja Gaiden 3 tanked like the Titanic. It was out longer than Icarus, with a bigger user base, yet it's sales is less than a quarter! Ouch!!! o_0
It really is amazing how the 3DS has so many titles on the top 10. Most of them, I don't recognize. Pleasantly surprised about the PSP game on the second spot too.
***If anything, the many years of millions of people paying for XBLG should have resulted in the service becoming cheaper, especially as more and more people acquired the system. Instead, the price has gone up, while the cost to Microsoft has gone down in all likelihood.***
It's not charity... Companies and consumers are out to maximize their benefits. Pricing is controlled by demand, not cost of manufacturing. Otherwise, water, coach handbags, nike shoes, and just about ...

Such as?
Empty sentences doesn't say much.
***A dashboard update is wonderful... but where are the games?***
So you can't see any games? That's rather ignorant, when there is a huge back catalog and a large number of new releases every month, both on disc format and Xbox Live.

I like Edge reviews!
I think the used game policy on PS4 is untrue. What happens to people that play offline if internet connectivity is a requirement to even play the game?
They aren't going to ditch a lot of people that don't connect their PS4 to the internet. If so, it would be pretty stupid and I won't support them. Instead, I will support a competitor that doesn't. At present time, it doesn't seem Wii U has any disgusting used game restrictions.
I guess, ...
That is actually pretty funny!
... and you only got one disagree too. That's awesome!
I haven't received jack squat other than a reminder that my wallet funds hasn't been used in 6-months (with a link that doesn't work) and advertisement for Street Fighter x Tekken and Mass Effect 3.
Wonder what it is?
The most ironic thing of all this, the people complaining likely haven't given a dime and worse... they are actually hurting the charities, as companies will stop doing this which results in NO MONEY for the charities.
Way to go people!
Keep going, but remember you weren't contributing at all, you were actually taking away!!!
Digital distribution in it's current state is essentially a monopoly with no competition.
On your Wii, PS3 or Xbox 360, nobody else are allowed to sell software, but the platform owner and they don't want to upset retailers.
It's the closed platform screwing consumers over.
Also, the argument that it is cheaper to manufacture has often times little bearing on the price of a product. Pricing is mostly based on demand.
It's not entirely true that companies are *ONLY* out for profits, but I certainly wouldn't invest in one if their mission wasn't to maximize profits.
Disclosure: I'm not a MS shareholder.
Otherwise, it's called a donation! Sometimes also confusingly known as taxes.
Ever heard the saying:
"Beggars aren't choosers"
Fact is, MS through the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation has given gazillion. MS also matches employee contributions. Any time spent by employee, MS will match with a $17/hour contribution as well. In 2010 alone, MS with their employees donated $96 million!

EA even attempted to ban you from you legally digitally purchased games if they happen to disagree you in a forum, and ban you!
Their online passes have a freaken expiration date!
... and let's not forget their bait'n switch, with the pre-order items for ME3. I was personally affected by this BS.
If it wasn't for Mass Effect (which Bioware got me hooked on before EA bought them), I wouldn't be buying a single EA game. The DLC ...
It's kind of ridiculous that it works on some ISPs and other's don't.
Oh well, if it is important enough to consumers it will come. Capitalism always win!
Every time I see NG3, I cringe at the thought of what the series became instead of what it was and what it could have become.
Another day, another bad review score for NG3....
I see, when you got no good argument. Best bet is to attempt to insult others, takes the focus away from your flawed argument.
Nice try, twice! I won't take your bait again.
That said, your comment history is there for everyone to peruse. I will let others be the judge....

It is definitely an area of technology that is young and needs a lot of refinement to get the proper experience.
Just look at our controller evolution, from the days of knobs to 4 face buttons, 2 triggers, 2 bumpers, 2 analog sticks and a d-pad. It only took several decades!
I'm really looking forward to Ghost Recon and Project Draco (it's real title is crimson something or another).
I agree and that is why I stick to a few people/outlets that seem to match my gaming taste or I just try out the demo if it exist.
If I do listen to user submitted reviews, I stick to outlets like amazon.com that shows if a person actually bought the item from the etailer themselves.
Ever heard the saying: "Opinions are like @ssholes, everyone has one and it stinks!"
Unfortunately, there are far too many games and too little money t...
You can already scan objects with Kinect into the Xbox 360. Take a look at the Kinect Fun Labs, they should have a few apps that do that.
As if Robert Bowling makes up the entire team at Infinity Ward...
