Yeah, I honestly can't remember a single Nintendo exclusive reveal in a magazine. Actually, can't think of any Nintendo reveal not handled by Nintendo.
That seems something more likely to be revealed in Famistu.
I don't know always felt that aside from a few dry periods, Nintendo does well with their releases. The problem is they don't really have any 3rd party support to anchor their titles.
I mean MS has done Fable, Halo Reach and Crackdown 2 in the last year, but there are tons of titles to fill in the gaps.
Nintendo hasn't had that leisure since the SNES really.
I've always been curious to know, what exactly has Nintendo done to lose you?
I mean if anything, people grow up or out of it, but there's nothing they can really do to fix that and still be Nintendo.
I think the bigger issue is, how moving these franchises will help them.
Aside from potentially Fire Emblem, and I'd love to see comparable sale figures, and Metroid, Nintendo games tend to sell much better than anything on Sony or MS consoles GTA and Call of Duty aside.
After playing Okami Wii it REALLY doesn't count.
I don't agree with that notion at all really.
I mean let's put aside that Wii version is a better game. Has more creative levels, is larger, includes co-op play, returns the Koopa Kids, more power-ups.
It is a sequel much like Super Mario Bros 3 to the original. And really does add a lot that NSMB DS was missing.
That's what I've always believed. Yeah he plays golf, tennis, soccer, basketball, parties, drives kart, but that's more Mario the character.
Nintendo never rushes out a proper Mario game, and those are never short of amazing.
I like the art style, I mean the game is larger than life so why not make the characters the same way.
I like the hyper exaggerated look/feel of the game.
Sweet can't wait, hope the game turns out well. Need a decent wrestling game
The title seems slightly misleading since it mentions they will talk about the demo, not necessarily that the demo is out this week!
Pretty much, that series would really benefit from taking a year off.
Game play. End of the story.
I use to fee the same way, but FPSes like any other popular genre (RPGs, platformers, fighters) will rise and fall and something else will eventually take its form.
I wasn't talking about a console war, I was talking about supporting the Wii.
Its a shame, that Nintendo really is in the race on their own at this point. Some decent 3rd party games would have had an open field right now.
I figured they would tie in a celebration with the rerelease of Ocarina or Skyward Sword
I don't mind collections, but I like how Sega is essentially triple dipping on some of these titles. (Releasing XBLA version then retail collection now PSN versions)
I would point out that the fallacy in your argument is just how bad the industry is hurting.
Look at how many studios and companies are going out of business trying to sustain this HD model. No one can afford to make anything that isn't AAA, but not everything can afford to be a AAA affair.
If anything, Nintendo has created a middleground for a lot of development houses this generation. Where you don't need to invest as much into a product to get a de...
That's what I was thinking.
