Fake video confirmed to be fake, shocker.
How is this a "Fact"? NOthing is in cement until e3.
Hulk feel like smashing!
I always thought the Xbox was the most powerful of the 3?
Did you happen to cover rage at any point?
Okay this is driving me nuts, re-read article several times now. And can't seem to find it, where is your used in place of you're?
Yeah don't buy it.
I don't see that as a problem though, as they haven't launched ahead of competition since the NES, if I'm not mistaken.
Well guess the handhelds count.
I can honestly say not what I expected from their teaser last year.
They could announce it, probably show a hollow shell of a design (like Nintendo did with the Revolution at e3 2005) and have a full blow out next year with launch titles ready to go.
They should hire Triple H as their official spokesperson.
Really? We're getting doomed articles for Nintendo even before they announce their consoles nowadays?
I guess... I mean I understand why... but I find it odd... considering the generation we are in, that so many people still put stock/value into the graphical capability of a console.
We're literally in the middle of a generation where a console that's more than half a step behind is wiping the floor with the more powerful counterparts.
...
Really? I thought it was better, care to explain why you think Unleashed is better?
That's a pretty cool easter egg.
I don't think Nintendo needs exclusives... and that sounds odd, but I think they just need to be on equal playing grounds with 3rd party titles.
I mean at the end of the day, we can argue over who has the best first party line-up, but I don't think there's any disagreement on who's first party line-up sells the best.
Now couple that with a GTA or a BioShock or a Final Fantasy, exclusive or not, it does make the console a lot more tempting.
Some of them have happened, some of them are wishful or odd thinking, some are improbable (DQ X exclusive) and some of them are more opinions than anything such as NGP being best handheld.
It hasn't been that way since the N64, but reminds me don't wanna see Cafe in game titles.
Mario Kart Cafe
Super Mario Cafe
Wii Sports Cafe Edition
Though... I think Diner Dash should be a key launch title!
I don't know, not the same type of game, but didn't personally care for the Halo anime.
And that has a much less player driven narrative, can't imagine this appeasing too many people.
Hey sequels aren't all bad!
And we have the prospect of two major blow-outs on brand spanking new hardware, that has to get the excitement pumping!
They do show you the software sales in the article, you know.
And yeah, it seems like even with a big boom start, Nintendo and 3rd parties have all but given up on the console at this point. When the 3 most noticeable games of the year are Mario Sports Mix, Conduit 2 and Lost In Shadows so far.
