You clearly don't understand what is actually happening during that time do you...Not only is it loading all of the track and all of the cars, but all the physics and weather if its there on that track plus don't forget even once all of it is loaded the game engine then calculates in real-time what happens based on your movements and the movement of the computer players. For how good and how smooth GT5 looks it is a huge accomplishment to be done in real...

PS3 is great for exclusives. 360 has a couple of flagship titles but Bungie is now not Microsoft Exclusive and Turn10 screwed themselves over along with Molyneux. As for multiplats it has always been easier to program for the 360 yet the PS3 is more powerful but also more complex. Both have advantages and disadvantages but since 360 is easier devs more often then not choose to have that be the lead platform then port to PS3 which makes it look like crap. Always have since Day 1 but to add paid items and have them not just be for looks but actually have purpose is pathetic in my eyes. One of those hats went for almost $18. Most items are around $5. Valve...I love you and I hate you.

Are all of these modes open from the beginning of the game. I know that in the past you would have Licenses to pass in order to open up more cars and races. I wonder if these specialized training with the pros is open right away or if its something you have to earn. Either way I am very excited but we haven't heard much on how the career mode itself will progress. I think that's the last thing I am curious about. Until then I am saving up for my racing cockpit and 46" 3D tv...
Cryostasis only looks that good with PhysX on. PhysX was a separate card as a PPU but now most Nvidia have one built into it, the higher end ones at least. However, Cryostasis was basically a tech demo and not so much a game. Still it had amazing water effects. Personally I am curious to see KZ3 in person. Check out this quick clip. Graphically the water is amazing.

Other then being 3rd person in a jungle this and Uncharted 2 aren't close in graphics. The camera angle is a large difference but the sheer amount of texture and the bump map. Oh well, people are blinded by denial.

Exactly...these screens are old compared to what GTplanet.net got them. Ugh...is this what gaming journalism has come to. Everyone stealing from each other. So few sites have original content. All news is today is rehashed rewritten older news.

If you are suggesting that because of the hardware PS3 won't get as good looking as 360 then your the blind one. Truth is PS3 is better in some areas and 360 in others. However, the processing power of the PS3, when utilized properly, helps make up for the loss in graphics so in the end I would call it a winner. Look at the PS3 exclusive vs 360 exclusive. The game is good, but not great. Why does every game have to be great just to get noticed. I know there is stiff competition in 3rd person shooter genre but I bet there are some people out there who will love this game. Keep in mind a review is simply an opinion. I think a 3/5 constitutes if your interested in this game but not sure, rent it, give it a chance. If you are more learning towards its not your thing then don't play, simple.

That was exactly his point. I mean these articles should have a subcategory called "I want hits". Basic description: Find all the games people are excited for and call them over hyped without ever playing them yourself.
