Now while the list you gave is fine you have to remember exclusive means that it's only available on one console. So for something to be Xbox exclusive means it's not also available on the PC. That is not very many games actually. For MS though it's a win win since they make money for selling it on both platforms.

Then I say go with GoW3. Batman AA is a great game but the action in GoW3 can't be topped. Plus, the title says "Action game or the year" not "of"...and that's just poor editing on their part.

3DTV without glasses is not coming anytime soon. If people are complaining about the price of 3DTV's with glasses then don't get them started on ones without them. 3DTV is like HDTV. Starts off slow but will become the norm in probably around 3-5 years. Now by that point I do expect 3DTV's to be without glasses and around the same price as your basic HDTV that's an LED-LCD right now.

It seems to server 2 purposes. One to be nice to look at and 2 to personify your personality...an ass. Halo wannabe....ha, Halo is nothing like Killzone other then being an FPS. The two play totally different. Quit trying to pick a fight, especially one you won't win.

But not nearly as large amount as F1 2010. If you are a large fan of F1 then go with F1 2010. If you want a taste of it then go with GT5. You can get both if you really want to but then I will just call you a large/diverse car enthusiast. All you would be missing is WRC: The official Game. Haha.
