OT: Hell yes it is relevant. I am still saving up and waiting for Black friday to get a new big screen to play it on. I got it all planned out regardless of when it comes out.
I am a IT person and have stuck with PCs my whole life. Only used Macs way back in the day back in gradeschool. Nowadays the only Apple product I own is the iphone because it is good for IT purposes but it's jailbroken anyways. I hate how Apple pigeon holes you into buying only their products. I would never buy a Mac simply because there's practically no 3rd party support.

If this is just a multiplayer online demo then it won't matter if you have it downloaded or not. It's a matter of if the servers are online.

I don't know about you but I love Toy Story and have to say the old N64 Toy Story 2 game was quite addictive. My friend and I played it for around like 10 hours straight just switching off every death. I already have a PS3 but for someone who doesn't this could definitely be an awesome Xmas gift.

That is simply a placeholder for Gamestops purposes. They more then likely have GT5 launch date in their database and rather then take it out they put a date that is later then the expected date until they find out the official one.

It will be another year or 2 before we get 40"+ screens with 3D technology that doesn't require glasses. It might be out sooner but only the richest of the rich will be able to afford it.

If you are unsure how games come to life I will explain very briefly. Pre-alpha code is usually not shown all that often due to bugs and little optimization. Motorstorm is all about the mayhem. Adding a cockpit view would almost completely defeat the purpose of the game with the limited view. Not to mention in cockpit view you wouldn't be able to see your car/truck run over smaller cars or bikes. That's quite fun...

that Sony pushes 3D so much is because they are marketing for 2 things in one commercial. 3D gaming and their 3D TVs to play it on. Microsoft doesn't have 3D tv's or any electronic really besides computer hardware/software. Sony pushes 3D to push out their new tech with their tvs.

Jetpacks add a whole new level of gameplay with air combat plus having Mechs in MP. Killzone 2 MP is great and KZ3 looks to be upping it not just one but a couple of notches. Wish I was in the beta.
