So true. It's always interesting to see how Sony pushes games and technology since they work in both. I mean you can have a Sony PS3, with a Sony 3D tv, with Sony Home Theater speaker systems, and a Sony Universal remote to control it all. I mean come on! Haha.

It's funny you say PS3 owners have been put down for years because it's true. But the more important fact is that true gamers appreciate good games regardless of exclusivity or consoles. I'll admit I am not a fan of 360 but I would be lying if I said there isn't a single game I want. Halo really is awesome and helped define console shooters. Gears of War wasn't the first 3rd person shooter with taking cover but it was the 1st mainstream one that was well recognized and hyp...
I would reply to Kithara12 but soon it will be labeled as trolling and no1 would actually see my comment. Not that it is all that relevant anyways.
OT: This gun looks pretty sweet. It's something I would want to go to a gamestop to try out before I buy it but all the same the previews have been good about it so we shall see.
@derangedshaman You need to get your facts straight. One important thing was left out and one thing was completely misinterpreted by you. One thing you left out is that each PS3 can have up to 5 accounts and each of those accounts can have different PSN accounts. So take 60million and divide by 5 and that's how many people minimum have a PS3. However very few people have more then 2 let alone even 3 and barely any use all 5 so the number is still damn high.
Second, MS did...
It's kind of like people deciding not to see a movie because a "critic" rated the movie low. Hell I don't know how many times I have seen poorly rated movies and enjoyed them plenty from my end. Critics and Game Journalists boast their opinion but in the end it's the consumers that matter. In the case of GT5, the average consumer who bought the game is satisfied to say the least.
I just recently in the past month bought a 40" Sony 3D LED-LCD TV with the 3D Sync transmitter, 2 glasses, and a 5 year product warranty and a $200 nice tv stand. After all that I only spent around $1800 after taxes in total and through SonyStyle store I have 36mo no interest. So am I upset 3D tvs without glasses are coming? No...because I won't be able to afford even a 26" Glasses less 3D tv. I am happy with the decision I made and GT5 and Motorstorm 3D Rift are quite fun in 3D...
^ This is why I love the internet and gaming sites. Free entertainment ftw.
@Brutallyhonest
I decided on the Sony HX800 40". For me it was price point, features, and price payment options. SonyStyle has the glasses Buy one get one free which was saving $150 right there. They offered me a 5 year warranty parts and protection plan and 36mo no interest to pay. Now truth be told Panasonic 50" I believe is the highest rated 3D tv but that thing isn't cheap. My TV without all the accessories and what not was only $1069 retail.
What's ironic about the 3DS is the concept is the same as stereoscopic 3D. The large difference is instead of taking two frames and offsetting them the 3DS has two different screens offset. Now this would work on a 40" plus tv but you would have to be at the correct angle to experience the 3D effect. That is the reason why glassesless 3D hasn't come out on the big screens yet. They are looking for a cheaper solution then adding a webcam that can track faces and move the screens a...
Honestly prices aren't that high depending on how large you want to go. I live in a studio so it's not that large so I got a 40" recently and it works fine. I got it, 5 year warranty, the stand, 3D transmitter, and 2 pairs of glasses for around $1800. Check out the picture below to see it. I love it :)
Edit: @fr0sty You are right because I played GT5 with the TV 3D setting and it was not a big difference. After I setup my PS3 to tell it I have 3D tv now and then ...
He should play the original Uncharted Drakes Fortune. Although it's from 2007 the game looks gorgeous on an HD tv. I recently got my 40" Sony 3D and have played GT5 with it, and let me tell you it is subtle but adds to the experience. I can't wait to play KZ3, MS Apocalypse and of course UC3 in 3D.
Also over the weekend I watched Iron Man, Transformers, and The Dark Knight all in blu-ray and man LED-LCD tvs look fantastic.
Well any chance you can just list the games like they should have rather then waste 4+ minutes of my life.
Definitely pick up BFBC2. I recently started playing it again after getting tired of being spawnraped in Black Ops. There is basically no spawn killing at your designated spawn unless you are playing in conquest mode and spawn on your base that is being taken over and even then it happens rarely.
The sounds are so much better then COD. The physics is something he forgot to mention. There isn't really wind but when sniping or trying to shoot far with every weapon gravity ...

Yea 2011 is going to be great!
I was trying to think how to respond to this but I think you made a big enough of a fool yourself to me not have to say much else than this.
Ok lets look at the reasoning behind why they say Forza 4 will be better then GT5.
1. Graphics: They really think that model shown of Forza4 is in-game, let alone in-engine? They are sadly mistaken.
2. Kinect Support: Yep let me turn my imaginary wheel and press my invisible pedals. I hope I press the brake and not the gas. 90% or more of Forza 4 owners will not use kinect to play it.
3. Top Gear: Standard in GT5, even a STIG event in GT5. Ye...
Was it just me or did it look like at parts there was rain on the screen? Regardless I am picking up my 3D tv tonight and can't wait to play this bad boy in 2011 in 3D!
Yes. I have all 3 in the main trilogy bought separately. The two thrones is a fun story and neat aspect. It introduces some new gameplay elements and the platforming is all of the PoP trilogy is fun.
It's amusing you say that because I can mention a couple, actually more then a couple games with continuous good support. Rather then mentioning the game let me mention the devs... Guerrilla Games, Insomniac, Kojima, and of course Naughty Dog. Ironically those are all PS3 exclusive up until recently.
Honestly depending on size you can get a 3D tv for pretty cheap. I bought a 40" Sony 3D with 2 pairs of glasses the 3D sync transmitter and almost $200 stand. After all that I spent $1800 after taxes and the tv is on 36mo no interest so I am just putting $100/mo currently. It's doable if your price it out.
