did u ever think, in a game like GOW ( linear type of game) they could make it 60 fps, and Not need to sacrifice anything? This is the best if not runner up to the best developer sony has under their belt. games like Dante's inferno also have 60 fps, leave it up to the people who make games to worry about this, and have a little faith, imo sony has Earned it

i like shooters on the ps3 better because of the joysticks, they arnt as hard to push and it feels like i can get way more pinpoint without overshooting my target...
the first day my buddy came over to play the ps3 (long time ago,R1 co-op) he was like "ohh i like the way these sticks feel" i totally agreed with him, but i hope u can just believe me instead of thinking I'm talking fanboy drivel... i really am telling the truth here lol

as sorry as i am to say it, i agree with the writer in all areas.
I LOVED R1, and R2 was a huge disappointment to me, even the graphics were better in R1,(with the exception of some area's like the sewer)
Everything he said and more, i hope R3 is more of that grime and grid that R1 was, making it even more unique than the first...
And give resistance its own damn engine, after the first ratchet was made it was hard to go back to the R1's style i can imag...

The bosses of the GOW series are some of the best BECAUSE their unique, and not just NG slash until dead type... Case in Point: COLOSSUS and HYDRA and the BULL in HADES, i forgot the bull's name... but I'm sure to remember once the COLLECTION COMEs OUT WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!
is probably because the faster you move something like an in game camera view, the more demanding it is to portray the visuals... so because sega sucks, they slowed it down so the game doesn't tear even more...
This sucks, i was looking forward to this game and I'm not getting a 360 because of it, Platinum, and sega need to get their stuff together, hopefully it will be up to par on release..Call one of sony's white coats over to transfer some of the data on the Spu's, i bet Sega...

i only say no because the people voting will pick a mainstream / popular game ie. Uncharted 2 or MW2. That said i would say its definitely a runner up or nominee, I'm only a few hours in out of what i hear is a 100 + hour experience, but i wish there was more awesome cg cut scenes, and MAYBE a more involved story (basically because the ones that are in the game so far have been spectacular)and i guess we always want more of the good we experience
Having an absolute BLAST with this game... its been a while since i played a game like this, but yet its hard to compare any other game to it.
The online interactions are BRILLIANT, and the game is hard, but it really forces you to be cleverand TAKE YOUR TIME, ASSES THE SITUATION..
Example: a dragon burns the length of a bridge once you walk onto it, and there are goodies on that bridge that u don't have time to get before u get burnt to a crisp, so i found myself c...

i do know of TWO girls that are hardcore socom confrontation players, they're actually in our clan, (shout out to bunkin lol) the other one is on as a result of her boyfriend, but she still plays pretty well... I'd like to see A lot more girls be total geeks tho, granted there are some that exist. it would just be more interesting if the demographic wasn't such a pickle fest all the time.
