I have BO2 and it looks like MUD. It looks worse than several PS3/360 launch games. It's not wonder they get it to run at 60FPS as it has horrible graphics. Also look at the review thats not a locked 60FPS it runs at a MAX 60FPS its an average of around 48FPS...
Its practically the same as other COD games so if this one is really a 4.5 then the other games are too I say.
YAWN GTA V will be a bust but people will buy it up in the millions.
You cannot compare a console launching with current gen titles to consoles that launched a new generation. Back when PS3 and 360 launched the technology was new so games were of a vastly lower grade while developers got used to it. The WiiU however plays current games not a new generation of games.
I disagree a PSU should be inside they only put it outside to slim down the console. It has nothing to do with cooling that was a lame excuse the only console in history to actually suffer from overheating to a degree it had to be changed at the manufacturing level is the 360. That had a separate PSU. If its well built you don't need a separate PSU.
I build PC's and saying a separate PSU for cooling reasons is just ludicrous
Slightly more powerful but still wont run 1080p games. The shoulder buttons will make any Forza and GT clones that arise (if ever) play like crap. Digital buttons don't work for driving games unless your in a Kart.
The controller is the most annoying part. Its gonna be like I pressed A like on the 360 version... Oh wait... I press B!! LOL. No doubt that was to make it more unique..

Great article and a good read. Loved the original game and to be fair after playing the remake some of that greatness has been lost thanks to linearity.
@ALLWRONG your names about right Sony have clearly stated on there blog countless times developers choose prices. They can give away content free if they wish however MS would charge them to do so. I remember GOW1 and there very first DLC they wanted to release it free for all who bought the game and MS refused so they had to get a sponser to release it free. The sponsor paid MS.
my HD6850 A 2 year old card is fully supported as for them not coming with windows 8? That's your main complaint they weren't there day 1? Sound like you may not have had the RTM version of windows or retail version. I actually bought windows 8 for one of my systems and it came with the drivers for mine and i'm currently running the new AMD drivers to get an extra 10 FPS in BF3 :).
Halo cant touch COD as its stuck on 1 platform and its only got 2 titles on PC. Although when it comes to releases its going for CODs crown to who can get the most games out in 10 years. Both neck and neck for a while now as there been a Halo and a COD game every year for a long while. No PS exclusive franchise is the same. But its a similar theme with most 360 AAA games looks at forza theres a new one of them out nearly every year (not every year) compared to GT every 4 years since GT3.
Its because of the price. People used to buy this magazine at there extortionate price because it had the latest ps1 and ps2 demos on the front over. Nowadays there is a dvd disc YES DVD! with videos of the latest games. No playable demos any more and nothing worthwhile putting on the disc really that you cannot find on youtube. Yet they still charged the same price for the magazine. Of course people stopped buying it.
Its only an outrage to those 360 fanboys who been banging on that ps3 sucks because of mandatory installs.

Halo is the new COD. Theres a new title out every year lately.. So differnt from the first 2, 3 years between 1 and 2 and 3 years between 2 and 3 yet now they are every year.. Rushed cash cows..
Oh dear a website gives a game its honest opinion and doesn't like a game AND NOT EVERYBODY DOES REALITY CHECK! and its fishing for hits now... This just proves its not a 10/10 game.
Meh so what? It got no solid japanese type games yet thats why its not selling just look at the 360 it olny sold well when MS bought exclusive JRPGs. Soon as they dried up so did 360 sales.
