Forcing a gameplay mechanic from another game into another isn't always a good move. I think the last thing we need is ever game thinking it needs a nemesis mode just because it worked well in Mordor.
I like how everyone continues to use this "they have exclusives coming out all year unlike..." what did they have last christmas? Drive club Vs Halo MCC, Sunset Overdrive and Forza Horizon 2. What is really happening is Sony's schedule got messed up by the Order being delayed. The Order should have come out last fall which would mean they were only gonna have Bloodborne as their AAA title for the first half of the year. And imagine if Drivelcub had made its original release in 2...
Now that's a trailer DICE!
You assume it is Activision that want out of the contract? COD is a console staple yes, but everyone knows it is on BOTH consoles so the need to have the marketing deal kind of falls flat. With Something new like Destiny, marketing deals can make it seem like that game is only on that console. Hence why the Battlefront deal is a big win for Sony.
MS have big games to promote this year, more than any other. There's Halo 5, Tomb Raider, The Division(marketing deal with Ubi)...
Where's Shadows of the Empire? Did the first ever convincing Battle of Hoth back on the N64.
Meanwhile the world continues to turn and ordinary people get on with their lives...
Not for me. I've had enough of Bungie and what they've been doing with Destiny, even though I have the expansion pass and the Ghost Edition. It also needs to be considered that Comet is gonna release against a whole new wave of new releases on the consoles this fall. Just don't think Comet is going to add enough new or compelling content to really keep people playing Destiny when the likes of Halo 5, The Division, Assassins Creed Victory, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Star Wars Battlef...
It already is going to be on the disc! The episodes unlock upon completion of a chapter and you are given the choice to view them then or later. People seem to think the show is intended as something in network tv.
If you'd followed quantum break development you'd know that the live action episodes are planned to ship on the disc and unlock after the completion of each chapter. At the completion of each chapter you have a junction in time where the player makes a choice as villain Paul Serene. That decision would affect which "version" of the episode unlocks and affects the storyline of the live action episodes.
It is an incrediblly ambitious project and I'm inter...
Seventy comments and this didn't make the Hottest topics all day. A resolution article about the Witcher gets there within an hour. N4G keeping positive xbox news out of view.
That is not confirmed. The Twitter user who claimed to work for MS turned out to be some random guy.

Though personally I think they will push it to next year to avoid the game getting lost in the annual major franchise releases. I really want to play it this year though.
@xHeavYx
I actually enjoy indie titles on my X1, PS4 and PC. I have been enjoying them since one of the first summer of arcades back on xbox when I played Geometry Wars and Trials HD. So no good grouping me in with others who may or may not dislike indie games. Once I finish Ori I'll be moving onto my free copy of Oddworld on PS4. If you bothered to read my comment you'll see I was highlighting that MS do have games this first half of the year. Thanks for bringing som...
No, the servers will just have to handle a million players all flying around a galaxy that has eighteen quintillion planets...Imagine for a moment all those sessions they will have to host with that size of game world. This game world is not going to be on disc, it will be something similar to a minecraft server where you log into it but the actual game world is in, get ready, "the cloud!"
Ori and The Blind Forest(highest rated game of 2015 so far), Screamride and State of Decay say hello.
Deep Down? 2015? LoL. Also, Deep Down still doesn't have a confirmed western release.
My biggest question is how much reliance is this going to have on server infrastructure? No Man's Sky is hotly anticipated and will likely be downloaded by a lot of people and logging in. They better make sure they're online is ready for this. We don't need a not the game marred by launch woes :(
Quantum Break hasn't been delayed. That tweet turned out to be from some random troll.
Shepard!
Really interested to know how Sunset Overdrive did for Insomniac. Was one of my favourite games last year and would love to see where they could take the series.
Looks like the tech is there just need a developer to give me a reason to buy it by making a decent game.
The price war continues
