Pretty bad sign when someone who's part of the game would rather talk about how to get more money out of customers even before a first trailer is out for the game.
I loved the first Dead Space...and I hope the original team leaving EA won't damage the sequel, but this isn't a good sign...
Ugh. I guess it's officially time to ignore all FF13 news from here on out for anyone who's importing it(like myself) or waiting to fully enjoy it in March.
I want my copy here already...I don't know how long I can keep myself away from some new FF13 footage/info...it's like my daily cocaine to get some of that to keep me calm till I get my hands on it.

I thought SE already confirmed there would be no English demo? Maybe it's the Advent Children Japanese demo on the Japanese store? Or maybe it'll be put out worldwide for all to DL? But seriously it's really hard for me to believe they'd make a fresh demo for USA players when they said already they wouldn't.

Square even said 15 will be out in about 2 years after 13, so late 2012 I'm guessing we can expect it.

I don't speak a lick of Japanese and I'm importing it. It will run you about 114 bucks for fast shipping off of playasia.com. There is a plethora of internet nerds who will be posting up translation guides and youtube videos to help those who don't understand what's going on so we can play the game without any trouble knowing what it is we are doing.

Honestly they WILL need more. SquareEnix should have checked how many pre orders there are, how many people want to import it and pre ordered, and then of course add a big extra amount on top of that for the non pre order folk who will buy it on impulse or word of mouth.

The game will be a juggernaut the first week in Japan. I expect 4-5 million. It will obliterate the land of the rising sun.
As for PS3 consoles moved well that 1 million in a week sound fairly high in my opinion. I expect Dec17th to Dec31st we can expect 650,000 PS3s sold due to FF13's release. By the end of January it'll probably be that 1 million you want. The majority of the Japanese who want...

Nothing to really get excited for yet here, but at least it didn't look as craptastic as Deadliest Warrior the game. Heck even the new Medal of Honor game looked like a destined turd in Fall 2010.

The awards show as a whole was as horrible as they ever were. Why in God's name would you have Stevie Wonder show up? When he said that line about making videogames available to handicap people(if he was referring to blind folks)...I'm sorry but it's just not possible at this point and time. Unless we can bring your vision back through some sort of technology... you are screwed to fully enjoy the gaming experience. That's a fact and I do feel sorry he won't be able to enjoy the GOTY 2009 lol....
8 had the stupidest game mechanics. Drawing spells from monsters and making too much of the game rely on the card mini game put within. Card game wasn't bad put together, but it shouldn't have been the mechanic to getting final weapons for characters.(You could get items off cards, some of which are key components to making final weapons and can't be found anywhere else)
Plus that card game had a lot of BS surrounding it making it so you had to reload saves often because you lost...
