Yeah but those are heavily multiplayer games on a PC, dedicated servers on multiplayer modes have even been used since PS3.
But I would assume the building destruction is talking about single player moce in Crackdown
8 million units for a console with only indies and ports(like they don't matter) is abysmal?? right
Anyway you can't confirm the games coming will be indies and games no one cares about, they might be AAA titles.
They basically did a switch from last year conference, except Sony's wasn't a debacle
Sony has actually given the Vita an alternative selling point at E3, not just enough gaming support
With them halting the production of PSP, it seems like they want to concentrate on giving the Vita its much needed gaming support
Which source did you get that slide from?
Nuff said? Kinda Cool? In what is meant to be a direct x conference slide. I was actually interested in it until I saw the grammar.
And nobody is downplaying the game, first of all the 1080p/60fps is not confirmed and there is likely to be parity from big game companies, which means more than likely visual assets were taken away from the game so that the PS4 and Xbox can both match
Funny thing is we never knew what Destiny frame rate and resolution was previously on the Xbox One to say there was a boost
I dislike it when people say devs are lazy
They simply don't know the heavy duty optimizing and coding they go through for consoles with diffrerent architectures
From what I have seen BattleField hardline isn't heavily graphically demanding and also cross gen, so 1080/60fps on the PS4 should definitely be guaranteed, seems like it should also be the same for the Xbox One
But if this is a case of parity, I don't agree with it and i...
I am actually excited to see more explanation on how it will work in a game, as Crackdown was a trailer.
Looks CGI, never really told us, too busy talking about dedicated servers "cloud" than the actual game
Funny because Uncharted and Last of Us didn't use pre rendered cutscenes, it is all in game cutscenes
Actually it does, the engine is used to run the game
Crytek engine is known for high visual graphic fidelity and runs their games
Uncharted series doesn't use pre rendered cutscenes, rather in game cutscenes and it runs directly on the PS4
Am insterested, what did MisterX say exactly? Infact link me to it, I can't stand going through his blog
That bot or guy is certainly one I love to ridicule
Love how you are wondering what the PS4 owners are getting
As someone who doesn't have so much money, Free 2 play games have even made my choice easier to buy a PS4 as my next gen console choice
In china, where the Xbox One is apparently going to win, they play Free 2 play games the most, which Xbox One is highly lacking in compared to the PS4
Love the low expectations people have for this game. Ready at Dawn are doing the right thing keeping people away from full gameplay hype as much as possible, as low expectations will likely lead it to more surprise when you do pick up the game
Compared to Sunset Overdrive and Destiny which look repetitive and boring the more I see gameplay from them
But the xbox are also getting those android/iphone games too
Rememeber that IDXbox program indie gaming they showed us?? lol
Actually that article said Lily Bergamo is the same as Let it Die, it doesn't say Lily Bergamo is cancelled
Japanese to western voice acting is usually awful
I insist games like this and Meta Gear should have and stay Japanese voice overs with english subtitles
Actually it is in game, directly from the PS4 and as Uncharted actually don't use pre rendered cutscenes, it is not pre rendered footage.
You seem to be talking crap like you actually know how the game is made.
"I disagree that Destiny will be anything like Halo"
Seeing as Bungie made Halo and Destiny has pretty much most elements of Halo with Halo world type suits, weapons, vehicles, similar multiplayer, similar concept overall apart from story
Seems like its basically close to the Halo experience for PS fans
Sony is being outed or Rock steady is being outed??
I didn't know about the Microsoft one so I won't comment
But it shows Rock steady didn't have the game ready for consoles but wanted to show what they have achieved anyway
This is more of Rock steady's problem than Sony
