No they added a different type of screen that was cheaper, it didn't make the ps vita silm worse just more suitable for a wider audience to afford

There is a difference between finding a way to manufacture a console cheaper and manufacturing a console for cheap

Lots of people in Europe especially England and Ireland buy their games at Tesco cause they offer cheaper deals compared to the likes of Gamestop, Game, former HMV and Xtra vision.
Sony doesn't have to pay for anything greatly, it is a bundle like most other bundles. Games companies like Sony will usually get mass average prices for bundle deals rather than paying for each FIFA copy in a bundle

After early reveal of Blood borne, Miyazaki made it clear that the pushed the PS4 hardware to 30fps but wants to push it beyond that expectation with the final game(which is 60fps)

You are missing the point that Sony Japan co-developed this. Engine has nothing to do with exclusivity
Sony didn't just pay for it like Sunset Overdrive. Blood borne is co-developed with Sony Japan studios, that's how Sony works, they actually make their first party studios work and fund second parties rather than throwing money at them
That you should enjoy a game that looks good to you and reviews are pretty much in a gauge of meaningless to bad gaming journalism
