Look I am not criticizing MS conference, Phil promised what he said he would do and I enjoyed it, so I don't know why you brought that up
Phil used the word cloud, but David Jones actually used the word dedicated servers when introducing the game, which is what cloud compute or gaming is, allowing the servers dedicated to an online game to offload work from the Console CPU to run better AI and faster updates. Except it is more nifty to say cloud
First mistake was saying witcher has exclusive content, Witcher 3 has no exclusive content to any console. The devs said they don't do that.
MS did not convince me to buy an Xbox One, but they didn't deter me at the same time. Phil promised there would be games and there were games, but just disappointing as we had either heard of them or there were timed exclusive multplats

After a console generation,This game will be more of an eagerly awaited titled if it releases on the PS4 than a delayed title. Delay would be more accurate if it released later on the ps3 and its actually more of a 3 year delay since it was officially meant to be released for 2011
What do mean undoings like Watch Dogs and Gran Turismo 5? Gran 5 was very successful and even with Watch dogs delay and supposed downgrade, it still topped the charts
Apart from development of the game could have stopped due to some departures at Team Ico (which there were).And another studio from Sony Japan could have picked it up to work with Team ico devs to bring back the game to PS4

Sony showed about 4 multiplats and stayed exclusive for the most of it, considering the exclusive content in their multiplats were far much more attractive
