Nothing in the comments but mockery about this game being 'interactive movie' not an actual game. That's why PC gamers don't get nice things.

None of what you mentioned are on PC.

Only 6 out of 13 games you mentioned are on PC:
Nier: Automata - a great game that is plagued by bad port issues, and till this day SquareEnix refuses to fix it;
Tales of Berseria - great game, but not a mover of sorts;
Wolfenstein 2 - crashes too often and is short. It's excellent, but flawed;
Dishonored: Death of the Outsider - came shortly after Dishonored 2 (more of the same);
Assassin's Creed: Origins - changed the AC fatigue and is wo...

Consoles drive the gaming industry, not PC. Indeed, nVidia pushed Ray Tracing, but developers won't bother until consoles have enough power to support it.
