I can see this game doing really really well on PS3, and at best OK on the 360. When the sales stats for 360 are released, the devs will realise what a big mistake releasing on 360 first was.
Don't get me wrong I will probably get this on 360 (because it's out first, unless my 360 breaks then I'll get it for PS3), but most 360 owners aren't big fans of fantasy JRPGs, but PS3 owners are.
FYI guys, Virgin Media (my ISP in UK) has got fair usage limits on their boradband, basically if you download a certain amount (1.5GB i think, regardless of what yor downloading legal or illegal) on the good connection (20Mb connection) your connection gets limited to 5Mb. For 4mb you get limited to 1mb when you have download 850MB etc.
They will most likely increase the limits when the faster broadband is out, but still you won't be able to download a High-Def movie in 30 mins...
@crck - You are correct, I also saw last week that it had 10.9 million sold and now it states 10.87 million
NPD only lists accurate numbers for North America, so the rest of the world sales are most likely wrong on VGChartz as well, which would mean the total sales worldwide would be wrong too.
Also wasn't there a 360 price drop last week? Why is 360 not ahead in sales??
This guy was quite biased to Sony, although most of what he says is true, I don't think that Sony or Microsoft will win the console war over this game. Most likely we will see an even number of sales for the game on both consoles.
Gotta be honest but he didn't even get the best games, Warhawk is OK and Motorstorm is OK, but he should have got Uncharted and Resistance. But his 360 to PS3 transition is quite good, seems like he was kinda impressed, if you have PS3 and then get a 360 it's like you go back in time.
The 360's graphics are very good in some games (GeOW, Bioshock etc.), but in some games the graphics are like very good PS2 graphics (Lost Odyssey, doesn't look that great, but the game is a good...
Am I the only person who is bored of seeing Home screens? Screens should only be shown for something which is graphically impressive, although Home looks good, it's not a game, it's a social network and doesn't look good enough for an N4G story every 2 days about "new Home screens".
It should just be released already, I will download it when it comes out on PSN, but I expect to be disappointed, I just feel like there is way too much hype around this.
Usually when these "hackers" give a date, they never stick to it, if they really had something they would have released it already. I'm thinking it is fake.
Also it is pretty much impossible to have a PS3 iso on the internal HDD because it is FAT meaning it can only support max 4GB in a file, the only way they could do it would be to put all the files on to the hard drive and hope that that all the files are smaller than 4GB each.
Acer should try not to make crappy laptops which are DOA, or break in a few weeks of purchase, before they make a console. MS=16% failure rate, Acer will = 100% failure rate.

@cmrbe - yeah I recently got PGR4 and the graphics are laughable compared to Gran Turismo, it is at best on par with GT3's graphics. Although it still is a good game, GT will always and has always been the best driving simulator. Can't wait till this comes out in UK, hopefully they add some extra content for making us wait longest.
I doubt they will be able to make it work on existing DVD players, most likely you will have to buy a new player because my dvd players is a crappy cheap one and the company who make it probably won't even release firmware for it. Lol.

I think Sony will wait for a month and see how effective this price cut is. The thing people may not understand is that if the price is too cheap, sometimes people think they are buying an inferior product which is why they choose to buy teh more expensive option.
If the price cut does cause a consistent boost in sales, most likely Sony will also do a price cut, if they do, they will probably do it just before the GTA4 launch and do a GTA4 bundle.
Both of these guys own all three systems. And they are (were) by far the least biased to a specific console like other reviewers on Gamepsot.
Final Fantasy 8 was great but I honestly think all of them after that have been crap, including FFX. Although I only played a demo of FFXII and I quite liked it so I won't pass judgement on it.
Haze isn't the first game in which you have to take "drugs", Galerians Ash also made you take some sort of drug too.
Nice to see phil going back to what he really wanted to do. All those thinking why he moved? Maybe it's as simple as this; he gets paid more, and he doesn't have to travel as much. In Sony he had to cover software in Japan, US and EU.
Was just about to reply and say the first game looks kinda crap like Jericho, then I read "The Round Peg's" comment further down and he said it is Clive Barker's, so I'm not holding out much hope for the first game. The second game doesn't look great, but I think it will be better than Damnation.
Sucks for him, but this isn't really Microsoft's fault, it's one of the retards working at the repairs center. Seriously those guys are stuypid, I'm pretty sure they don't check what you want fixed, they just always replace the motherboard.
When I sent my 360 for DVD Drive related problems, they sent it (after ~10 days) back and had replaced the motherboard. So I sent it back to them gain and they said they would do a "rapid repair", but it's been almost 3 weeks and ...
