Uncharted 2, inFAMOUS are my top GOTY contenders personally. Killzone 2 was really good in a lot of ways, but Uncharted 2 and inFAMOUS were both fantastic in the gameplay department. I can't really think of any other game that comes close to all 3 of these games.
I can see a few places giving MW2 GOTY. Gametrailers, Edge and Eurogamer (maybe) will probably give GOTY to MW2.
@tordavis - You make it clearer and clearer that you have bias against the PS3 in every comment you type. The PS3 does have a more diverse game catalog, and if you can't see that, then it's clear that you're a fanboy. Xbox IS mainly for shooters, PS3 always has had the potential for a wider range of games.

Remember a while ago there was a rumor about Uncharted 2 being about Atlantis, maybe Uncharted 3 will actually be about Atlantis. That would be quite good, cos it will totally change the game. Would kinda be like Bioshock meets Uncharted.
@socomnick - Well considering both R1 and R2 were better than Halo 3, what does that say about Halo 3?
Let's be honest, you've never played either game, and you probably don't even own a PS3. If you did, you'd know that both games are fantastic, just that R2 sucked more because Insomniac tried to make it like Halo, and therefore made it worse.

I want to congratulate Insomniac for recognizing that there was a problem with R2. Resistance 1 was the first AAA game for the PlayStation 3. I don't care what anyone says, I spent literally hundreds of hours playing Resistance 1, and forced myself to play Resistance 2 online (and gave up at 6000 kills) :(.
PLEASE change the online back to R1 style.
To be honest, ONLY Halo and Gears do those numbers. No other game will sell that much in a week. Final Fantasy and GT will do a lot of sales in the first week also.
Ads are usually based on your web viewing. The website doesn't specifically choose what it wants to advertise, they just sign a contract with a advertiser, who provides all the ads. I think the only input you get is if you want SFW or NSFW advertisements (not 100% sure though).
Never comes up with an ODST advertisement for me, it's always LOTR online and I don't even play MMOs. Must be done by country or something.
@1.9 - Actually I got GTA4 for 360, I just hate GTA in general. All of them are overrated imo. And if any GTA deserved 10, it was probably only San Andreas which kept me playing for a decent amount of hours, even though I hate GTA. Also GTA4 is the WORST in the series, which is why I said gamers dislike it. Seems like Xbox only owners hold on to this POS like it was the best game ever, when most other gamers agree that GTA4 did not deserve the amount of perfect scores it got.
I think they should hire more people so they can alternate franchises similar to Insomniac. Would be a really good idea imo.
@1.2 - Nothing to do with being similar games, just to do with GTA being a pile of crap. And they give it the same score.

As I've said before, PS3 owners aren't hyping Uncharted 2 only because of the graphics. Everything about it is better than any other game. Voice acting, story, gameplay, graphics. You'll find it really hard to hate this game, and those that do, will have played the game with hating it in mind in the first place.

Graphics do matter, but gameplay also matters. If one of them is low in quality, the whole experience of the game suffers. But people who say graphics don't matter, if that was the case, we'd never need to upgrade to a new console. We'll still be playing SNES or Genesis.
Don't you fanboys learn. Remember when you said KZ2 won't look as good as the E3 trailer? And it ended up looking EVEN BETTER than that.
GT5 will shut up every hater here. When that game is released, you'll see why PS3 fans have been so hyped up for this game since it was announced. Until then I'll just wait and watch you fanboys cry more and try to kill the hype (and inadvertently increase the hype) :)
